If you have food allergies this place will take it seriously and handle it with no issues. Alexandria took my order, did a glove change, and got fresh prep out of the fridge to give me so there was minimal cross contamination. Not many restaurants will take allergies serious, seeing is I’m in a current flare up from lunch yesterday with my family. Shoutout to Alexandria, people like you make eating at restaurants safe for people like me🫶🏻.

No management, no steak/chicken ready, nothing. This location is poorly ran, read the reviews, they could close this location and start over for all i care. Drove here for my wife, now it's wait and read the terrible reviews while waiting on the terrible service and hopefully edible food, I have my doubts on the latter.
How about Chipotle quit flooding us with commercials and actually learn how to run their stores? How about quit talking about great service and start delivering it.

Went today around 4:30pm to grab some food. The associate behind the counter served someone ahead of me and then proceeded to clean and walk around while another associate was making multiple burrito bowls all the while there is a line full of people and NOT ONE WORD WAS SAID! Not a “let me clean the counter and I’ll be right with you”, nothing! Teach your employees customer service skills!!!!!
