Kinda disappointed it's not like it was back in the day.... food was warm... some things soggy.... desserts were fair... salad bar was sad....

There was three adults and one child in our group, the place was very clean. However, no one picked up our used plates the whole time we were there. Other than that, it was an average CiCi's pizza place

If I could give no stars, I would. First and foremost, the hours are wrong. They close at 9, apparently, but have yet to change the hours on here or on the physical location as well. When I arrived, the workers there just stared at me as I walked to the door. After seeing that they were closed, I tried to get their attention to ask about the hours since online it said differently. No one acknowledged me after being stared down earlier. After I walked back to my car, another customer came up to the door. Instead of turning them away, they opened the door for them, and they proceeded to go inside and order. Definitely could do way better on customer service.
