If I could give no stars, I would. First and foremost, the hours are wrong. They close at 9, apparently, but have yet to change the hours on here or on the physical location as well. When I arrived, the workers there just stared at me as I walked to the door. After seeing that they were closed, I tried to get their attention to ask about the hours since online it said differently. No one acknowledged me after being stared down earlier. After I walked back to my car, another customer came up to the door. Instead of turning them away, they opened the door for them, and they proceeded to go inside and order. Definitely could do way better on customer service.

Awesome place, Awesome food. Our kids absolutely love eating here! The young man working the dining floor was super nice. Very friendly, polite, and overall, positive toward everyone. You can just sense when you have someone who truly cares about others, and takes pride in what they do. To me, that boasts success.
Vegetarian options: Can't go wrong with a salad. Plenty of options to build a salad anyway you like. Also, they have the best vegetarian pizza I've ever had!
Kid-friendliness: Kids love the buffet! Great deserts! A few arcade games located in the back.

Food was nice and hot but bland. Barely any food on the buffet Pizza wise and dessert wise. Ice on the floor from the time we walked in til the time we left not once was it picked up. Bathrooms were not clean. The sink would not drain. The cleanest part was the table that we were at and inside the game room. I almost forgot to add the syrup was low in the sodas.

Was informed by the female manager that the coupon for 4.99 buffet doesn't apply for children today at this location, even though we used it at this location last week, and at other locations before that. Pulled out only enough cash for the discount price, so I am not happy about this inconvenience with two small children to deal with putting in and out of the car. Ya'll need to get on the same page!
My salad was good but pizza was just ok taco pizza was spicy but strange buffalo chicken pizza tasted old brownies were good but dry

Wow! Nostalgia! As a single mom of three I spent many happy times at Cici's and Stevie B's (similar place) throughout my children's lives. I probably hadn't stepped into one in maybe a decade or more! I ran across it when searching for pizza and had to try it out! The buffet is super affordable (only $8.99 for adults) plus your drink. The staff there was super friendly, especially the young lady at the front calendar and the one on the buffet. The place was clean and well taken care of. The food stayed organized, well maintained and fresh. Is it Italy style? No, but, especially for what you are paying, it is good! Thank you for the memories! Oh, and the senior discount starts at 60! Almost there! ?
