I ordered at the drive thru and the worker sounded rude I ordered a regular donut with chocolate icing. That’s not what I got,I got a chocolate donut like the entire thing was chocolate like it was completely different but other than that my coffee was good but I was really looking forward to that donut. I was disappointed

They don’t like you using the app and point out that they have to make it. I understand, same if I ordered at the speaker. You still have to make the order either way. Lady made me pull up because I ordered on the app, I pointed out she’s still going to have to make my stuff even if I ordered at the speaker. If your employees are insulted by using the app, maybe take the option to use the app away.
This honestly is the worst customer experience ever. Mary Jane is the worst
She was more concerned with being extremely rude than getting my order correct and leaving food out. Then she proceeded to try and argue without even double checking my order.

Went inside to grab a coffee and donuts. No one else in line. Must have been a shift change (around 10am). Woman at counter was busy counting out drawer, did not even acknowledge me, even though I stood there for over 5 minutes. New employee arrived and saw me waiting, made eye contact and disappeared in the back. Meanwhile the woman who appeared to be the manager was mopping the floor behind the counter and was oblivious that I was standing there for over 5 minutes… will not be back and manager should be retrained on customer service.

If I could give zero stars I would. We placed an order thru the app. Three drinks and 1/2 dozen variety of doughnuts. When we got to the window they handed us two drinks and said have a good day. We told them we had another drink and doughnuts. They hand another drink out and say have a good day. We remind them again we had doughnuts. They get the doughnuts and the order is wrong. Coffee tasted like sweetened water.

This comes from a customer who actually went to this location and lives near Oxford. After I stopped here to grab a quick bite. Service is just amazing and I praise the entire employees for taking care of our order.. the location is clean & this was just a newly built location. I got a Boston Kreme donut, and paired it with a Frozen Chocolate. Both were good, and the filling was OUT OF THIS BOX! I definitely will go here again. Thank you to the employees for taking care of us and showing appreciation, kindness and respectfulness. Keep up the good work.

Customer Rep who rang me up had a scowl on her face and acted disappointed she had to be there. They also gave me the wrong bagel. I asked for a cinnamon raisin and she gave me a plain. I will not return. The only good thing we're my two donuts that were cold. Great way to start the Morning.

We went to Dunkin' Donuts and I must say, this location's interior was very nice & it was clean! This also had a Baskin-Robbins, and I went and got a Carmel Cappuccino Blast! The service was overall great and it was quick! I couldn't get their names but they were chill and nice employees overall! The cappuccino itself was tasty and good and I feel like this is my go to drink if I want to stop by for a break most of the time. I'm so glad I came to this location, since it is also near the Quintard Mall too! I will definitely come back here, it deserves more than 5 stars!+
