I cannot scream loud enough how absolutely AMAZING 😍 the crew working tonight is!! On 12-4-2025 I went in about 3:30ish and had the most amazing experience I have ever had!! Everyone working was beyond helpful, patient and kind!! They went well above and beyond!! These workers absolutely deserve a huge applause and even a raise!! Thank you Dunkin Crew, you are absolutely amazingly wonderful!!

I love my colleagues and customers BUT sometimes some of the costumers are unreasonable and they get attitudes immediately ,unreasonably. 😕 when we try to resolve mistakes (we are humans as well) half of the time some people choose not to acknowledge the fact that we can fix all the issues they have. Some people choose not to come back because they’re too shy to speak up for themselves or they simply complain about the issue and then they don’t want anything to be resolved and to simply to be heard. I say all of this to, in layman terms to say COMMUNICATE TO US we really appreciate your feedback at our store. We all work hard to make sure everything runs smoothly and that everyone is satisfied. 🤗

Went here today on Thanksgiving morning to grab a quick snack since it was the only place open. No line so, I was not busy. I decided to order on the app since I rarely eat there. I ordered 2 chicken with cheese and no bacon croissants with 2 sides of hash browns . We got the food and the first thing I notice was how cold the hash browns were. I thought to myself self okay it will be fine just eat them. The flavor was good just cold . We pulled the sandwiches out and I couldn’t even tell it was a croissant. It was flattened to death and so much butter was on it. Again I was not going to complain then I noticed my cheese was missing. At this point I’m upset but I was not taking the food back to be spit on or something worse. I ate the food . Needless to say the sandwich was tasteless and bland. For $17.00 I expected more . As a first experience,I will probably never ever eat at Dunkin again I’ll stick to a matcha.

It seems everytime I’m in here it’s understaffed causing long lines inside and in the drive thru. You’d think eventually management would address this but 15 minutes on a pre-made donut and a coffee is a production issue caused by not enough staff.
