I cannot scream loud enough how absolutely AMAZING 😍 the crew working tonight is!! On 12-4-2025 I went in about 3:30ish and had the most amazing experience I have ever had!! Everyone working was beyond helpful, patient and kind!! They went well above and beyond!! These workers absolutely deserve a huge applause and even a raise!! Thank you Dunkin Crew, you are absolutely amazingly wonderful!!

I love my colleagues and customers BUT sometimes some of the costumers are unreasonable and they get attitudes immediately ,unreasonably. 😕 when we try to resolve mistakes (we are humans as well) half of the time some people choose not to acknowledge the fact that we can fix all the issues they have. Some people choose not to come back because they’re too shy to speak up for themselves or they simply complain about the issue and then they don’t want anything to be resolved...

At first it was rather odd; however, the second time I went was far better. People smiled amd acted liked they actually wanted to be there. I'm gratful for the chance to see it in good light.
