Stood at the counter for 30 seconds while 6 different employees pretended they couldn't see me. Teach your employees to greet customers and at least say 'I'll be with you in a moment' or something. Very rude, got better coffee across the street where they didn't act like I was invisible.

Been 2 Friday’s nights in a row. Once at 8:30 pm and the other at 7:30 pm. Both times ordered lattes. Was told we could have lattes because machine as cleaned for the night and the other time would have to wait 10 minutes in the drive through because of some problem. Not sure why any restaurant has posted hours and they close things well before they close. Once, maybe but it seems to be a thing to close things early. Very disappointing. Won’t be back. I’ll give my business to businesses who want customers.

Rude service is sometimes tolerable when stuff is made properly and food is quality but this location is lacking it ALL.
This location is trash. They either pretend they cant make decaf coffee or just give you caffinated coffee and try to pass it as decaf. The ovens are often down for the first hour. Ive ordered on the app and gotten cash refunds before. They recently told me I could refund it on the app, i handed my phone and asked them to show me how, bc the app is janky and the customer service chat has been down for a while. They took my phone and pretended to refund it in the app. Told me they canceled the order and it would be refunded later, even tho the order was already placed, so thats impossible. It was clear they thought I was stupid or just didnt care so I smiled and left. This location is trash and the employees dont mind intentionally screwing you over. Hope they have the day they deserve 🙃

I usually don’t like Dunkin’ Donuts, but this location has been great, after I got finished at the doctor I was starving and wanted donuts, this was the only place to get them so we got some, and they were amazing. I went recently with my boyfriend, and the lady was really nice and was patient while we were deciding and helped us to choose. I definitely will go there again, probably only this location though.
