I usually don’t like Dunkin’ Donuts, but this location has been great, after I got finished at the doctor I was starving and wanted donuts, this was the only place to get them so we got some, and they were amazing. I went recently with my boyfriend, and the lady was really nice and was patient while we were deciding and helped us to choose. I definitely will go there again, probably only this location though.

I visited the location at Oxford Commons. We ordered 1 med iced caramel latte and 1 iced caramel latte with oat milk. The one with oat milk was made correctly, the other was not. We handed that one back and asked for it to be made correctly and explained the issue so instead of replacing the first cashier questioned why twice. Then another cashier come over and very loudly asked what the problem was and didn’t want to listen and pushed the drink at me through the window. So I raised my voice and said can we not just remake this and stop the questions. We visit this location or Quintard 6-7 times a week. We know how the drinks are supposed to taste. There is no reason a customer should be interrogated for a mistake made by the barista. I don’t want anything free just fix the customer service. We pay the salaries of the employees who work for this franchise.

I was truly hoping this place had improved since the last time I was here a year ago but it had gotten worse. The two young ladies behind the counter didn’t greet anyone, they acted like it we were bothering them while they were putting the donuts from the morning together to throw away. They still sold them to us, no change in attitude no thank you and the place was dirty. The shelves were filthy, counters were dirty and the donuts were stale. Never again!!!!

The donuts were so stale it was disgusting. Literally couldn't eat any of the munchkins we bought they were like golf balls and the donuts were definitely almost as old. I got one decent Boston creme out of a dozen donuts that was edible. And the help was terrible she didn't even know what a Boston cream donut was in the first place. And the bins are labeled. Like WOW. Don't go here unless you want to be disgusted and waste your money.

The woman taking my order was rude and not helpful. I explained that I don’t order coffee out a lot and she was short and not helpful at all. Anytime I have gone to Starbucks they are quick to help and suggest coffees. Guess I’ll stick to Starbucks.
