Food good albeit they appear to be front running inflation. $19 for a sub and medium drink. Real gripe is charging 3.99 for a cup for tap water. Most firehouses charge 25c for a cup and that is fine but 3.99. talk about price gouging. I inquired and was told that is the way it is. Never again to visit this firehouse sub!
Update: upon leaving another gentleman came in and asked for a cup of water carrying in a Coke from somewhere else and they said yes. When I asked what's up some manager gave attitude and a lecture about. If we give you a large cup for water we have to charge you and I said I never asked for a large cup. I simply asked for a cup for water. It's as simple as that.
I will agree with the other post that talks about attitude. Just not worth paying $20 for a sub and then have to deal with issues like that.

ordered Italian and hook and ladder. Put Italian meats on both. So much mayo it was ridiculous. Absolutely NO veggies except tomatoes on one . The only thing they got right was the bread! These sandwiches are not edible

Rude teenagers who have no business being employees. I recommend jersey mikes for having a quality staff. Firehouse is a cult.

I decided to give Firehouse subs a try as I had a bogo offer from T-Mobile. I got the Classic Hook and Ladder sub and it was not only nutritious but delicious too. The ingredients taste very fresh and the bun was toasted. I was pleasantly surprised when I ate the second sub the next day and it was not at all soggy! I'll be returning soon to try one of their other subs.
