I spent almost 20 dollars on a burger and fries. I don't drink soda, etc. So I asked for a cup of ice water. I was handed a party cup. I just burst out laughing and asked could I get a real cup. I was told these are our new water cups. I would've paid for a cup but wasn't asked or offered. If it's that serious, why not make the ice water behind the counter if there is a concern about ppl stealing? This is comical and sad on the corporate end if this is a solution to theft. I asked if there was a top for the cup. Nope. And no I don't drink that hard dasani water so that's not an option. Five guys, that's crazy for the amount of money ppl spend in your establishments. Come with better solutions.

Previously have eaten at Five Guys twice and disliked it both times BUT recently after a few years I ventured back to try the Lil bacon burger with fries and I was not disappointed. It's gotten better and my burger was seasoned finally and the fries crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Now if only it didn't cost me $15 +just for that. Last 3 visits have been spot on👍
