Previously have eaten at Five Guys twice and disliked it both times BUT recently after a few years I ventured back to try the Lil bacon burger with fries and I was not disappointed. It's gotten better and my burger was seasoned finally and the fries crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Now if only it didn't cost me $15 +just for that. Last 3 visits have been spot on👍

Processed cheese on a 15 dollar burger is unacceptable. French fries soggy. Ketchup dispenser empty & I was told to use packets. Stink bug on the inside of the glass near our table.

Yes, it's good. Is it good enough to be worth $50 for 2 people? HELL NO. The prices are ridiculous even for today. Get real, people. No burger is THAT Good. Period.

The manager and staff were so rude to us. They were snickering trying to call me a Karen like I couldn’t hear them. It was just extremely disrespectful because I had asked them if they could do solo patties with cheese and onion and they said we can’t charge you that it’s not the right amount and I said well it’s ringing up as a good amount And the manager came over and shook her head at me and was very loud and then they all thought I couldn’t hear them and they were calling me Karen because I said OK no problem and I guess they were just being racist because I’m white and yes that’s a thing. Do you ever go here? A few of them weren’t wearing gloves.
