Ordered the 10 piece chicken dinner....got 2 breasts..2 drumsticks and everything else was wings...no thighs which are my favorite....for a 10 piece meal to be 6 wings is not fair. Cost 34 dollars .

The food is always great, service is good for what you're receiving (good food takes a second to prepare and they are always busy).
If there was anything to say negative, it'd be the milkshake prep needs better structuring. Sometimes the cup is only halfway filled, so the measuring part needs better definition for the workers... not faulting the workers, they do a great job and are always pleasant!

My regular Jack's location. I had the $6 chopped steak dinner and I was very pleased! 3 patties of meat, gravy, bicuit, with mashed potatoes and green beans. Worth every bit of my money. I ordered on the app and it was hot and ready when I arrived at the drive thru. Very nice employee, named James, was working the drive thru. I also ordered a Big BLT no mayo, with fries. At the window I asked for ranch dressing to go with my fries and James got it quickly with a smile....
