I just went through the drive-through at the Jack’s in Coldwater, Alabama, and the most pleasant voice came over the speaker and greeted me with such joy in her voice that it made the drive-through experience fantastic! I just want to give a wonderful shout out to Colethia!! You were amazing over that speaker and then when I got to the window and asked to speak to you, you were just as pleasant! Thank you for being a wonderful Jack’s employee and just a beautiful heart person

Every visit I've had to the Coldwater location has been great! But going through the drive thru for breakfast when Lindsey and Malea are working the window together is always a treat ❤️. The both of them are extremely friendly and polite. They make sure your order is right & will handle any issues with a smile. They really know how to make their customers feel welcomed.

Honestly best fast food ive have in years. Tastes like 1990 when the best ingredients made food great. Crispy fries and juicy burgers. Ive also tried grilled chicken sandwiches which are delicious - everything on this menu is good. 👍
