Ordered three plates ($30) for me and my three kids , we ate in and about halfway through my son found a bug in his noodles. ? I told the lady at the counter and she asked if I wanted another plate or a refund.. obviously wanted a refund since I still had bug noodles, she gave me $10 and I told her we had three plates. She told me only one had problems, even though all the noodles came out of the sand pan.. should've left when I noticed there was no visible health score.

Just ordered at 6pm and got home with our food. The rice and chicken is hard, it has clearly been sitting longer than it should. Very disappointing.

Simply put When J walk opened I was very happy. I lived in Atlanta for 21 years with a lot of good Asian cuisine around me. This was above okay in the beginning. But when they're chefs or owners of whatever you want to call it changed about two years in so did the food flavor and the quality. From time to time I still go by and get something to eat. After I walked out the door I'm reminded why I don't go back. For the money the volume of food is inadequate. What I consider Baseline Chinese take out Buffet Diner whatever you want to call it this is mid-grade. The price inching up just a touch brings the overall experience down. I do understand that the price increase was needed the beginning covid but jumping a couple bucks to compensate swamp in sales for extra precautions need to be taken Splash cards Etc. Every business every company anything having to do with the public had to do exactly the same thing very few passed that on to the customer. Businesses absorb it as a cost of doing business. And in turn those who did teg federal funding assisted in doing so. Back then and now I personally feel they went up on prices a lot too much too quick. And have stayed too high for the quality and quantity.. and the flavor. I'm not saying don't here. I'm not saying buyer beware. I am saying it's not worth what it was when I first opened flavors not their price is too high. I wish them luck and getting back to original flavors we were presented with on opening. Two, no three pr ice increases later the flavors do not justify me stopping by to take five plates full home to the family.

THEY SERVE FOOD THAT HAS BEEN SITTING ON THE BAR THAT IS DRIED AND HARD UNLESS YOU ASK FOR FRESH, THEY ARE VERY RUDE. IF YOU ORDER ANYTHING OTHER THAN SOMETHING OFF TGE BAR BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR BAG BEFORE YOU LEAVE BECAUSE THEY WILL CHEAT YOU OUT OF YOUR MONEY.. I KNOW FROM EXPERIENCE. I eat here religiously. Please bring back the pepper chicken. Or get rid of salt and pepper chicken and replace it with pepper chicken. My favorite employee (young guy with bright colored hair) is gone- he was very friendly and made the best recommendations. Where'd he go?

Would not recommend. Their health score is not visible when you walk in. Also, the service sucked. The lady on duty was on her phone the whole time and acted annoyed to serve me. I didn’t even order anything from here. When I tried to sample, the lady was rude and inattentive. I decided to go down the street less than a mile away to another place called Jasmine’s.

Oct 25th 2021I just got back from ordering and I found the roach in my honey bbq!! This is disgusting, I’m very disappointed because I love this place. Don’t think i will be eating here again. Health inspector needs to be sent out there ASAP!

This is nasty. Grease pouring out of the bag it came in as well as the containers. The kids ordered crinkle fries and they were too full of grease to eat. The noodles taste like spaghetti noodles were used for lo mein and the chicken fried rice has NO CHICKEN in it at all. Two separate containers of chicken fried rice has no chicken. Not a single bit. The sweet and sour chicken had no sweet and sour sauce. Don’t waste ur money here. Worst way to spend $40 I’ve ever seen. This was hardly edible and not one thing was right.

I don't normally leave reviews but this is a special case. The food was a disgrace, worst Chinese food I've ever had. I saw the 4 stars and I feel mislead. The food tasted old and bland. It tasted like it was reheated food from last week that had been reheated multiple times. I normally hate wasting food and will eat something even if it isn't the best tasting, but this? Don't even feed it to your dog. I bought meals for me and my family and at this moment I just hope and pray we don't get sick. Save yourselves this experience. I hope either they change for the good or they get shutdown. This isn't acceptable.
