Bartender acted like we were bothering her by asking for stuff we should have already had like straws and silverware. Food was cold. Only half the order came and I had eaten most of my wings before the mozzarella sticks came 15 minutes later.

Solid chain steakhouse and location. The smoked wings had a nice flavor and the buffalo sauce spot on. The sirloin on the salad done perfectly on a good salad mix. Reasonable prices and good services to boot. Worth the stop when traveling or if living local. Eeyore says a solid 4 of 5 tail spins.

They racial profiled us. Went this pass Friday (4/5) and they sat us at a table close to wall by fireplace (which is cool) but noone said anything to us for 20mins. It was four females standing at the podium talking and playing on the phone right beside us. We asked if someone could take our order and they said yea in a few. We waited another 5 mins for them to stop talking. Then the girl came to the table and said “yea noone working in this area that’s why we didn’t come over here” mind you they kept going to the table directly behind us and across from us. The table behind us got two rounds of bread and appetizers and we didn’t even get a glass of water. The girl who took I drink order after being there almost 30mins walked pass us to go to another table several times she never brought us anything to drink or came back to our table after 35 mins we left.

Our server was friendly and helpful, the manager seated us when we arrived and when she learned it was our first time there she offered us a free appetizer. The food was good, hot and arrived quickly.

First let me say our server was AWESOME. God Bless her for what she was dealing with tonight. We arrived around 5:30 it wasn't very busy. No long after arrival of course more patrons start arriving and our server quickly gets alot of tables and she does wonderfully. The issues lie with the food we were given. It takes our food forever [over an hour]. My husband's steak is way over cooked but he ate it because we didn't want to wait another hour. My son got the ribs and chicken which arrived cold. I got a cheeseburger and the to bun was clearly still frozen in the middle, not the mention the patty was charred on the outside and barley cooked on the inside. We made our server aware of the issues and she did her best to correct what she could. All I can say is do better kitchen staff. Hot food isn't hard to achieve.

Last night was awful and we don’t plan to return! Our waitress was very obviously new or maybe bad at her job. We waited almost 20 minutes after being seated and I went up to the hostess stand asking for our waitress. She seemed very confused on who and why we hadn’t been spoken to, then she realized she was our waitress. This was at 6:15pm. She followed me to the table and asked us to go ahead and order everything. I tried to be understanding with her but we NEVER saw a manager! At 6:05 when we arrived it looked almost deserted on a Sunday night, such a small crowd. The entire staff but one gentleman was having some sort of “meeting” and we were completely ignored. One gentleman who is the runner for the food, just kept staring at us. Food took almost an hour to come, my chicken was pathetically small. I left pissed off and disgusted by the uncaring attitudes of ALL parties! The table next to us, was the grandmother of a server. This server kept bad talking her manager and we could over hear everything and the entire conversation. She even said they had all the staff there because they were expecting a crowd… yeah not so much. Read reviews people, the generic response from the “owner” is NOT how a business should be run. This Logan’s will go under in not too long…. Bad business!

both potatoes were plain not loaded the chopped steak over done and chewy and was missing the gravy and sauteed veggies was only given 1 sour cream no butter no eating utensils no napkins and the Dr pepper was flat and watered down worst order EVER the ONLY thing that was good was the Mac n cheese and rolls ??

Plan on having to wait for a seat about 20-30 minutes. And then the servers/management have to have a meeting that takes 20-30 mins. Here it is 3:45pm and they’re having a staff meeting. The food is alright. Definitely not worth the wait but it’s not terrible food. The restaurant is very very clean.
