I eat here often (too often) when I’m in town, but I’m tired of under cooked steaks and half portions of sides. This is their version of medium-well.

Also, I take it To-Go because the restaurant smells dank inside.

It is one thing to expect consistent good service and food in Longhorn, but to employ folks like MIYA , makes it GREAT. The moment she approaches guests, her personality floods out.

Incredible service, patience, helpful, efficient and a delightful person. One to be emulated.

We normally love Longhorn’s, but not this time at this location! We had great service for half of the evening, then it was terrible once our server was given a large group, about 20 people, to take care of, very disappointed with the service from that point on, she should’ve have finished with us prior, and she did not, we had to ask someone else to get our check, to go containers, and ask her while she was taking their orders, to please bring our credit card back, so we could leave as we would’ve been delayed another 1/2 hour, not good time managed. Most of the food was good, we had the filet, ribeye, salads, sweet and baked potatoes. The filet was perfect, the ribeye was done not at the correct temperature and was not very tender.

We got there at about 7:00pm. The first thing we noticed was the smell of garbage in the entrance. There were tables all throughout the restaurant that were dirty. We were seated in a booth that was cleared but the table wasn’t cleaned. You could see the water ring on the table and had crumbs all over. The food was ok but not like we are used to. Obviously management was not to be seen.

It was a very busy and chaotic time of the evening and I think the staff was a little overwhelmed with the amount of people that were there. I food (steaks) were not as good as they usually are. My mom’s was well under cooked and my husband’s was nothing but a lot of fat. I was very disappointed with the food tonight. The service was good.
