I had ordered two big macs and chicken nuggets I did not get a straw or napkins or ketchup nor sauce that was on the order. I did not get one big mac. this location does not know how to read the order. and they never give ketchup nor napkins. I am going to stop going to this location. they can never get the order correct and they want us to call the corp office and they never answer the phone nor respond to reviews or emails

Just left this location today stopping through traveling from Georgia…the entire staff was so nice and friendly and all of food was fresh and hot!!! S/o to everyone that was on that clock at 11:30 am on 12/27/25!!!!!

Ugly, boring, and mediocre. They didn't give us one of the four burgers we ordered, even after we had them count it. They also took the food back through the window to do so, which is against health codes. On the bright side, the fries were perfect.

You can spend 10 minutes in line and still get told to get pull up to the door. I’ll ordered was quarter pounder with just cheese

It was all clean and the food was fresh. I tried the breakfast steak sandwich but with a biscuit, it was good with the cheese and grilled onions. The restaurant's score was a 98.

Every Mc Donalds has the same price for a $5 meal deal but here it's $6. This is crazy to me since we are in Alabama, where the minimum wage is 7.25$. Other than that food was pretty good.
Food was fresh but the people was super rude in the drive thru. Fast food is not for everybody and the two we experienced tonight it wasnt for them and i think one was the manager

Friday July 11, my husband went through the drive through made a 50. Dollar order. When he got back we discovered items missing that totaled 20. Dollars. My Daughter in law called to make them aware. Upon answering the phone she was met with rudeness told we would have to bring all the food back to prove our case. Upon asking to speak to someone else overheard the person call her the B word. This was not about the money, this is about the attitude and comments made.
