Every Mc Donalds has the same price for a $5 meal deal but here it's $6. This is crazy to me since we are in Alabama, where the minimum wage is 7.25$. Other than that food was pretty good.

Friday July 11, my husband went through the drive through made a 50. Dollar order. When he got back we discovered items missing that totaled 20. Dollars. My Daughter in law called to make them aware. Upon answering the phone she was met with rudeness told we would have to bring all the food back to prove our case. Upon asking to speak to someone else overheard the person call her the B word. This was not about the money, this is about the attitude and comments made.

Picked up order that the wife placed on the app. bag was sitting on the counter with no drinks told them I needed drinks. I should have checked the bag and receipt but I didn't. I got home half the order was missing went back and they still screwed it up. I honestly think they all share 2 brain cells between all of them. I won't be back
Rude manager named Tessa!!! Very disrespectful to customers. I waited 20 minutes for food and it still was brought out wrong by her. She has a nasty attitude and the worst person to have running a business. Oxford McDonald’s is a joke! Tessa you need to go back and get customer service training with your rude disrespectful self! And call yourself a manager. But the night shift manager took care of me JESS you are so very awesome keep up the great work!

Interesting enough I use the app to order for a $12 meal for breakfast and they still got it wrong. They gave me someone else food and someone got mine. An yes it was less food. I call back and offered to bring the food back the next morning. The manager said no that ok and took done my order and offered a appozlge said to come the next morning. We'll that didn't go well not only did I not get my order the GM got smart with ne. And calling corporate is a joke cause they passed it off to another manager that doesn't answer the phone
