The value and food was wonderful. Burrito tasted fresh. The man behind the counter was so helpful and courteous. Lovely to talk to someone who actually loves their job. Will definitely be back. My only personal issue is the music is too load in the dining room area to have a conversation. Wonderful place though.

They were very busy when I went in, and seemed understaffed. But they did a fantastic job at getting everyone through in a timely manner with great customer service.

I got the Edgy Veggie and honey it's huge. The food was a great temp, especially the distance it had to get to me. I don't like hopiiw the chips are just thrown in a bag. We have no idea how clean that is. The burrito was thrown on top and the cheese. People touch both and it's on top of the chips. I rate everything a 3.5 because of the uncleaned items on top of the chips.

I was immediately greeted by the night manager, who was immediately positive as soon as I walked up to the counter and even asked me how my day went while she was preparing my order! Because of such exceptional customer service I will absolutely be returning to Moe’s again and again! If I could give Moe’s 10 stars, I absolutely would because this was truly an exceptional experience!

2nd time I have came to eat and there was no steak. I get it , 1 hour to close but you have a steak burrito on the menu and you refuse to have steak on the bar!

I'm torn writing this. I love Moe's. My order is simple and always the same; a stack with seasoned rice, white meat chicken, bacon, queso and cheese, and a bowl of queso on the side. That's it. About a month and a half ago this cost me $21 and change, which was already expensive enough for the amount of food I get. But I paid it, gladly, sometime multiple times a week. Now it's $26 and change!! For 1 meal!! I really hate it but unless the prices come down, this will be my last visit to this restaurant. I can't justify spending $30 (after a tip) for 1 meal at a fast food restaurant at that. I guess the price hike explains the vacant parking lot of late. This is nothing against the staff btw, they are always great. Toodles till next time or never if prices stay the same.
