I order my food on the app, wait 20 minutes— then I go into the store to pick up my food & am asked to wait an additional 15 minutes for them to cook more food. This completely defeats the purpose of ordering online. The lack of sense of urgency does not feel welcoming, please do better.

Somehow, they didn't put the springrolls in the bag and didn't see until I got home. It's sad that you have to check your own damn food every time nowadays to make sure whichever fastfood place it is got your order right and put everything in it they were supposed to, which this time panda express did not.

I used to love their honey walnut shrimp but since I had food poison from here a month ago I'll never ever return & I tell everybody not to go unless they like enduring food poisoning. Be very aware

My food was not only room temperature but my daughter and her husband got diarrhea from the food. I'm done with panda express it's not worth the money. There is no way I should have bit into a piece of cold steak and room temp veggies! I was pissed

food is good but they are always out of stuff. especially super greens and string bean chicken. why not just cook more?? There’s already not many options to choose from…
Finally tried this for the first time, we got the family meal of orange chicken, shrimp and the honey sesame chicken. The egg rolls and crab ragoons were so nasty, and the only good thing was the shrimp. Def won't be going again.

Worst Panda Express experience ever. At 6:15 this location was out of honey sesame chicken, out of rangoons. Ladies restroom out of order. The mens restroom had something all over floor.....urine? The orange chicken and bejing beef were not hot. I think the warmer was not working. The noodles had a strange taste and not sure if it was from something used when cooking or if they sat too long. I asked for a refund and initially it was refused. I paid cash or I would have just reversed the transaction. My daughter ate about half her meal but also thought the temp may be in danger zone. The manager wanted to prepare the meal over, so I'd have a fresh one. I don't understand why they would make that meal over but not replenish items they ran out of in the middle of dinner time. At this point I certainly no longer had the appetite for anything on the menu I only asked to refund one meal and in the end it was refunded. I will not go back to this location.

Ordinary, I love Arby’s. This was the one on exit 77 off of Interstate 20 in Alabama. It was the poorest wrapped chicken wrap I have ever seen. When you read the other reviews about this branch, it’s very similar to the soggy beef and cheddar sandwich. Don’t know what it is about it, and I have worked in a place like this a couple times in my life. There is no standard for presentation when serving their food.
