Papa John's call center is garbage and never relay the order correct. The pizza has toppings in the very center of the bread almost as if it's not being watched while cooking. The prices are too high for the quality of junk you get. I won't waste money order again from this chain.

You have a worker Cory Jones he is awesome goes above and beyond for the customers he's always in a great mood with a smile and does his best no matter what! He definitely needs to be praised for being a awesome member for the Papa John's team! For all your delivery needs or inside service he's the one!!

Did not order pizza, was so overwhelmed by people behind the counter. There were only 2 there trying to get orders out. Had to wait a good five minutes before someone came up. I'm sorry, but the way this guy looked was despicable. He didn't look like he should be behind the counter of anything. So I said no thanks and left.

5 orders in a row this store has ruined my food. They use overproofed, likely expired dough, judging by the dozens of bubbles which push the cheese and toppings off the pizza. They can't even be bothered to make it round. My last order was delivered cold by door dash and missing the garlic sauce. When I called and complained, they couldn't find my order to issue a refund. So done. Do not waste your money on this overpriced garbage

The two stars are only for the nice clerks at the register. The pizza sucked! We ordered two and they were both cold. One was supposed to be regular crust and it was so thin but it wasn’t thin crust. It was over baked and neither were cut through completely. Disappointing. I wasn’t offered any type of solution for the problem. Again, the service was great but rid of the lady in the back with no gloves handling food right after texting from her phone. Do better Papa John’s Snow street.

The worst pizza, had to throw it away. The dough tasted a month old and literally no sauce. First time in my 60 year life I have ever thrown any pizza away ever!!!! It was that bad.
