While Pelican’s Snoballs has excellent snow cones and a wide variety of flavors, their customer service is by far some of the worst I have ever witnessed. A young lady and young man served us and somehow got the order wrong (that’s listed on their menu!) and when asked to fix it, they were extremely rude about it. While they fixed my problem, the manners of their employees were outrageous. I’m very disappointed in Pelican’s Snowballs.
