Terrible…..
I ordered 5 melts. The ticket clearly said NO onions on my order and they loaded it with onions. I have to go back to the store with the messed up item, which is very inconvenient, the I have to sit outside and wait for them to make another one. I would have said refund me but it was my sons and he would have been without one while the rest of us had one. Then I get to go home to now my cold melt because they could read a simple ticket

On Jan 31,2022 @ 5:30 pm we ordered $30.04 of food. It took more than 2 hours for our order to be delivered. After waiting an hour we called to cancel, but we’re reassured it was on the way. Wait Ed another 30 mins they wouldn’t answer the phone. Another 30 mins delivery arrives. I call the store now the pizza is burnt and Alfredo not even warm.
