I ordered the pizza on the app for curbside pickup. I called the number and it verified that my order was ready and they would be out with it shortly. After 8 minutes, I decided to walk in, to find the associate running the front having a conversation with a customer/friend. After they finished their conversation, he looked at me and asked if he could help me. He had yet to hand his friend their order, which made mine even longer to wait for.

Pizza Hut was once my favorite but recently we never get what we pay for. Our pizza had hardly any sauce , toppings were very skimpy, but you could eat pizza crust all day long if that’s what we ordered!!! Customer service has also declined from what it once was as well. On the last visit not even as much as a “Hello” when entering . I thought I must have been invisible! Several others entering behind me felt the same way. It’s a shame!

The food looks like it was thrown around. It doesn’t look appetizing at all. For $38 plus a $5 tip this is unacceptable. I also called the store and no one answered. All I wanted was to rectify this with either a replacement or a refund.

Ordered extra black olives on half my pizza and barely got any and only on 3 slices. Ham was only rind pieces and too crispy to eat.
I order the new tavern pesto Margherita pizza and get home and realized it has no pesto and have made several attempts to call the store but I keep getting the run around with the call center. Ridiculous!

They suck 100% I ordered pizza at 8:45 got it at 10:30 after I called several times and asked for a refund after getting hung up on 5 times just be told that they don't have a driver and they're waiting on whoever could deliver a pizza. The pizza finally got here after I started cooking dinner so by the time I got the pizza we already ate dinner I will never order from this location ever again and I want to hear from a higher up manager and I want my money back

We ordered 2 pizzas and had to wait over two hrs for delivery because they didnt have a driver,we had to wait on a door dash to deliver!!!! So ridiculous!!!! We will not be ordering from Pizza Hut in Oxford again

The app never works, forcing you to miss out on deals only offered online. The order this order was supposed to remedy was never made, but our money was taken. No one answered the phone or the door when we arrived for pickup. It took us days to get a refund for the order. This "credit" I was given cost me my rewards earnings - They were apparently redeemed but the wings never given. The pizza this time tasted great, but its not what I wanted. The apple pies were not done, and were doughy, and stuck to the foil pan. Finally, when an order or fries used to fill the black lidded container they came in for $3+ but are given to you containing only 10 fries barely seasoned, and when you address it for remedy and are told "Maam, they are portioned. This is how they come." - No one wants to pay so much for so little. I feel robbed. I wont be visiting either of these franchises (owned by the same group whether you go to anniston or oxford) ever again.

Ordered an ultimate pizza and cinnamon rolls though the app. When I got into the store to pick it up the lobby was full of customers. Over heard a young female working there tell the manager “there are people in the lobby waiting, should I go there.” He told her loud enough for everyone to hear in the lobby “those people can wait, I have to focus on orders. Do what I told you.” My wait was a hour in the store. 2 more groups stayed one was waiting for a hour when I got there and another was a hour and half wait. He never came to talk to us and when we complained, he sent the 17 year old teenager to deal with us. Also we over heard the manger say something for the 17 year old to say multiple times “you cannot say that to customers.” Once a hour went by I got home opened the box to an extremely burnt sausage pizza and the rolls wasn’t cooked completely. After we ordered an ultimate pizza with everything. We was told no remakes per the manager because he didn’t have time to do it for us. So we had to keep it.
