I pulled up and the doors to enter the building were locked. Then I proceed to call and order because I can’t physically get into the place and the lady who answered the call sounded high. She just completely sounds like she’s out of it and can care less. Then when I ask for stuffed crust they apparently only have 1 type of crust, just ridiculous.

You have to wait 20 min standing in the lobby to get cold pizza that taste horrible. I ordered extra sauce because they always skimp the sauce so bad it's like eating dry cheese sticks, but this time I literally gagged when I took a bite and sauce went everywhere out the sides of the pizza I'm not exaggerating either it was horrible!! Don't waste your time all the pizza places suck in Oxford. All the restaurants suck in Oxford as far as fast food and pizza goes. Chick-fil-A is good but they are very strict and always have been that's why it's packed all the time. Even jacks has gone downhill I have to go to the coldwater one

Pizza Hut Oxford, AL needs to evaluate management. Whoever the manager is as of 10/26/25 @ 5:00 is terrible. Everytime we place an order, pay to have the order delivered and this particular lady manager is working, our order is always wrong. We end up having to drive to the store, go inside and tell them our order is wrong, this lady manager will argue with you that your order is correct, then she will blame it on the delivery driver, then we have to wait for the remaining items we ordered to be prepared. This lady manager will continue to make excuses and blame everyone else. This is the 4th time this has happened and it is the same lady manager every single time. Never offers a refund of the cost of delivery since we have to drive to the store each time. She is EXTREMELY rude. She is a terrible manager.

I rarely ever review anything but this was so terrible I had to comment. It took over 2 hours to get my pizza and it was overcooked and disgusting. One of the worst Pizza Hut experiences I've ever had

The service is what stood out the most to me and thats rare these days but whenever I get exceptional service I admire it and am grateful it still exist. The food was good and the $2 personal pan on Tuesdays is the best offer that I've received at pizza hut in a long time.

I dined in but there was quite a few boxes on the floor. The service was extremely slow due to only1 person seeming to be there to do it all. The pizza was good though.

Amazing Pizza and Friendly Service in Oxford, AL!
I had a fantastic experience at the Pizza Hut in Oxford, Alabama! The food was hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. I ordered a stuffed crust pepperoni pizza, and it was perfect—crispy on the outside, cheesy and soft on the inside. The wings were cooked just right too!
What really stood out was the service. The staff was friendly, fast, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure we had a great meal. The dining area was clean and comfortable, and everything came out just the way I ordered it.
If you're in Oxford and craving pizza, this is the place to go. Definitely a 5-star experience all around!

Went and picked up a Large Meat Lovers pizza and some Honey BBQ traditional wings with some fried apple pies. The food was amazing, service was great and the manager told me that the buffet was coming back sometime soon. She thought before August, I am so excited! Lets go Pizza Hut!!!

I placed a pickup order on the app like I have done a few times before. I got there, having to wait in line behind one other car for 10 minutes, to find out when I got to the window that my food still wasn’t ready (which is should have been ready by the time I arrived according to the time it was placed). I parked and the employee brought my order to the car, and ensured everything was there. I pulled away, and at a red light I realized that I was missing my boneless wings. I went back to get them. Then when I arrived home, I realized one of the pizzas was the complete wrong one. I received a supreme pizza instead of a meat lovers. I tried to call, but I ended up having to go back to the restaurant and wait on them to make the correct pizza. Very frustrating that no one checked to ensure that I received all of my order, and the correct items at that.
