The service is what stood out the most to me and thats rare these days but whenever I get exceptional service I admire it and am grateful it still exist. The food was good and the $2 personal pan on Tuesdays is the best offer that I've received at pizza hut in a long time.

Amazing Pizza and Friendly Service in Oxford, AL!
I had a fantastic experience at the Pizza Hut in Oxford, Alabama! The food was hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. I ordered a stuffed crust pepperoni pizza, and it was perfect—crispy on the outside, cheesy and soft on the inside. The wings were cooked just right too!
What really stood out was the service. The staff was friendly, fast, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure we had a great meal. The dining area was clean and comfortable, and everything came out just the way I ordered it.
If you're in Oxford and craving pizza, this is the place to go. Definitely a 5-star experience all around!

Went and picked up a Large Meat Lovers pizza and some Honey BBQ traditional wings with some fried apple pies. The food was amazing, service was great and the manager told me that the buffet was coming back sometime soon. She thought before August, I am so excited! Lets go Pizza Hut!!!

I placed a pickup order on the app like I have done a few times before. I got there, having to wait in line behind one other car for 10 minutes, to find out when I got to the window that my food still wasn’t ready (which is should have been ready by the time I arrived according to the time it was placed). I parked and the employee brought my order to the car, and ensured everything was there. I pulled away, and at a red light I realized that I was missing my boneless wings. I went back to get them. Then when I arrived home, I realized one of the pizzas was the complete wrong one. I received a supreme pizza instead of a meat lovers. I tried to call, but I ended up having to go back to the restaurant and wait on them to make the correct pizza. Very frustrating that no one checked to ensure that I received all of my order, and the correct items at that.

The gym Leisa was very welcoming. The cook was very welcoming. Lobby always was clean
They reported the doordash order as done but then took another 20 minutes getting it done and couldn't figure out where the pizzas was they cooked for the order.

I placed an order yesterday and it ended up going to a 3rd party delivery. The dasher texted me saying they were on there way, an hour later still no food or update. I contacted Pizza Hut and the sweetest woman answered not sure if she was a manager or not if she wasn’t she needs to be. She apologized, made my order again and called to tell me who was bringing it and that they were on their way. She also issued a refund, I was just happy to get food 😂 she let me know the girl who ran off with my food would not be picking up from them. As soon as that happened the dasher texted me and stated she had an emergency and trashed my food 🙄 either way the young lady at Pizza Hut made sure everything was taken care of and got to me. That’s customer service.

Been on the road for 12 hours. Just wanted to get some pizza. The roads you have to take to get here from the highway are so convoluted. But we did it, only to be told that they were closing early. No sign on the door, nothing. The lady didnt want to close alone, which I understand. Shame on you Pizza Hut for only scheduling 1 closer. But the door was unlocked, no sign, smelled amazing inside... but we were not even allowed to order take out. Very, very disappointed, and hungry.

This pizza hut has gone downhill. They only have bottled drinks, it's like they only want to be a take out restaurant. Extra cheese on a pizza now equals normal cheese at any other pizza place.

Works about like a normal pizza hut but has two major problems one the pizzas are never cut properly and two they distribute the sauce evenly it's all at the very end of the crust making you eat a cheese and pepperoni Loaf. They should make sure they cut it and evenly distribute the sauce overall this pizza hut is perfectly fine and the workers are nice
