I order the 6.00 dollars boxs 2peice chicken I get home and my biscuit was not in the boxs . I called down there team associate answer the phone I explained to him my biscuit wasn't in the boxs and he go on telling me everyone knows to put a biscuit in the boxs and I told him it wasn't in there .

The last two visits have been ridiculous. Today I pulled up at the drive thru to order and sat for 5 minutes without being acknowledged. When I finally spoke up and asked if there was anyone there , I was told to hold on for a moment. 3 minutes later I still didn’t get to order. Almost ten minutes of just waiting to order with only two cars at the window. No sense of urgency at all. If yall gonna expect folks to pay the prices you are asking then yall need better customer service and serve food that is edible. I’m not gonna keep wasting my time and money on a place that has employees that don’t give a shit 🤷🏻♂️

Your night employees are rude and cold, I ordered a 12 piece family dinner with 3 wings,3 thighs, 3 legs and 3 breasts they gave me what they wanted to. I paid too much money for your employees to put what they wanted too. Old chicken wings and thighs discusting!!!

Ordered at the drive thru...waited about ten minutes to get to the window...only to be told they didn't have any chicken tenders because they forgot to thaw some out last night.

Food was absolutely terrible. From the wings to the sandwiches, to the shrimp. The food was very old and disgusting. I honestly never do this especially Popeyes since it’s one of my favorites. But I advise not to go to this one. It was to the point we threw out the food and went to eat somewhere else. What a waste of money and time.

Went thru drive thru order 16 pc meal, wanted 2 lg mashed potatoes lg coleslaw with 8 biscuits. Also wanted lg cajun fries and 2 spicy breast. Got home no spicy breast and no lg cajun fries. This was on 8/8/24 at around 530 pm
