11am takeout coupon order was wrong even though the coupon explained the order on the coupon. Returned to correct a 2 piece received but 5 piece on coupon. They said they didn't have any dark meat so substituted. The pieces were extremely small and hard,not fresh cooked, and this was at 11am when they opened. Will not return to any Popeyes.

I had to stand in the drive through after a late night Uber Eats order. It wasnt a good look because the drivers were suspicious of me. I could have gotten hurt. After standing for 10 minutes I got some crusty food that looked old and very disappointing. I ate it and had crazy food poisoning that night. I wont ever go here again... The leader was okay. She seemed aggravated with her staff and was trying to make the best of the situation. I appreciate her. Everything else about the experience was trash.

Went to pick up my brother’s mobile order for a 6 piece wing that he saved up his reward points for and the manager tried to tell me it’s already been picked up. This is simply impossible because my brother’s name is too unique! Moral of the story, the manager lied to my face about something that she messed up, so go ANYWHERE except Oxford, Al Popeyes for food!!!

This is the rudest establishment that I have EVER BEEN TO!!! They called me a liar when I drove 5 miles back to get the rest of my order!!! Said they remembered putting it in my bag. Even each team leader and manager agreed that the THREE pieces of chicken was put in my bag!!! Well, the bag was SO SMALL, the handles were ripping. Couldn't possibly have fit anything else in it!!! That store will fail unless they get a whole new crew!!!

Employees sitting around doing video call at full volume and could not have a conversation with each other because it was so loud. When that ended they were talking so loud about how they haven't been trained on stuff. We couldn't wait to get out of there.

Very rude and unprofessional. They were standing in the back talking to each other for at least six minutes before they even acknowledge that I was standing at the counter. The menu board was out and she didn’t want to tell me what came on the wraps. Then she wanted to charge me for a large drink because they were out of the regular size cups. It’s not my fault that y’all are out of cups, I shouldn’t have to pay for that. I did not ask for a large drink. Then when I told her never mind, she said “bye” Like I was the one being rude. I am a server and I know how this goes. Do not recommend this location.

The staff is super slow. While preparing my order the team member had to walk as slowly as possible and stop to chitchat with every other worker whilst boxing up my foods. The whole point of ordering online is to beat the line. It is an absolute circus of low performers who feel entitled to be truculent and obstinate. The value is ridiculous. $12 for three of the smallest chicken tenders to ever be called a combo when a Big Box three piece deal is just $6 and is the same as the $12 combo minus a drink… The math ain’t mathing.

Nice people working drive thru

I just sat in the drive through for 10 minutes with a line of cars behind me. No one spoke on the intercom. I finally pulled up to the window and was told they are not taking drive thru orders. There is no sign posted and they do not tell you over the intercom. I than asked can they put up a sign and they said they will not do that. I said can you tell people that pull up there are cars behind me waiting. And she said the headmic is turned off and they will not be letting people know. I drove back around to let the cars waiting know. This is honestly the worst experience ever. To just let customers sit there for no reason. There is no excuse to not atleast put out a sign
