The food was okay… although the salads came out on the same plate as the entrée. That’s not ideal from either a food safety or presentation standpoint. I don't know who thinks that's a good idea, but it speaks volumes about kitchen practices. To make matters worse, appetizers should be served first—not lost in the shuffle with the rest of the meal. It all felt rushed and careless, not remotely coordinated like a professional kitchen should be. The service was awful. The wait for our food was painfully long, especially considering how few tables were occupied. It felt like we’d been forgotten altogether— no updates, no apologies, just endless waiting while our server vanished into the void. The waitress got upset when we asked for napkins and ketchup. She never returned, our drinks were left empty, and we eventually had to ask the host to find her so we could get our bill. She finally came back and slapped it down on the table. I asked for the manager, and she said, “Oh yeah, I’ll get the manager, because you all have had an attitude since you came in.” The manager and some young guy came over. They began by apologizing and said the waitress was new—but couldn’t leave it at that. The manager added that the waitress claimed *we* had an attitude. A cowardly dodge of accountability, gaslighting us. We told them we wouldn’t be back, and the punk said, “Well, y’all won’t be missed.” What a crew of condescending smart-asses! That’s an example of poor management! There were only about six tables occupied in the restaurant, and our waitress was only responsible for our table. The gross misconduct was evident through unprovoked hostile behavior, neglect, avoidance, accusatory language, a manager’s response that reinforced bias, and a dismissive final remark. The level of unprofessionalism we encountered was outrageous. From the waitress’s inappropriate attitude to the manager’s failure to take responsibility, it was clear that customer service isn’t a priority at this location. The staff lacked basic courtesy, and their behavior reflected a serious weakness in training and leadership. Discrimination in a customer service setting isn’t just rudeness—it’s about power imbalance. When staff use their position to intimidate, isolate, or retaliate against guests, it creates a toxic environment that can feel derogatory and confrontational. We believe this behavior is rooted in bias—whether racial, cultural, socioeconomic, disability-related, gender-based, or otherwise—which makes it all the more important to document and report it.
It awful out reservations weletent honored they informed us they have nothing to do with online reservations even though we showed them. They only had 12 tables seated with over half the restaurant empty but on a 1 hr wait when we finally got seated we never got sliver wear they served my father in law his salad I went to ask for sliverwear the server gave me a fork that was dirty then seeing all other tables beside us had no orders brought to their table they told us they ordered almost 3 hours ago. We ended up leaving it was the worst mothers day dinner we never had. There were multiple other complaints but way too much to type
