11/10 Ramen and quickly served. Owner/chef is friendly and informative. Very passionate about Ramen. The broth is excellent! I always order some on the side. Highly recommend the chashu pork. The “its over 9000” is a great ‘sampler’ option with several great toppings and worth the money. The knuckle head ninja and sea kings feast are other great options.

Was in town for the day and on a whim decided to see if there was any ramen around. I was surprised to see that there’s a ramen food truck in the area. Ordered some tonkotsu miso with pork. Didn’t realize their pickup site was in Lincoln instead of Oxford but I was headed that way anyway. It was ready on pickup.
