I would like to give a shout out to Olivia at the Oxford Smoothie King. She was very patience with me as I have a cross reactivity allergy. This is where I can’t consume certain fruits while it is ragweed season. She gave me the perfect smoothie suggestion that didn’t cause me any issues.

Tell me why I just paid online $12.00 per acai bowls just to get this. Not even half of a bowl. I would prefer that the employees say that they were out of product and canceled my order. This is RIDICULOUS. TO SAY THAT I AM LIVID IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT. I waited 45 minutes for this......

The staff most of the time seems pretty unpleasant and unhappy. There’s usually a lot gnats and ants crawling on the counter by the food. The gave me 2 coupons for free 20oz smoothies but the lady didn’t want to let me use it unless I gave a 5 star review. Told her it would be very easy to do it now but said I could just use it next time I came. I didn’t think that was fair since the coupon didn’t say that at all. She ended up letting me use it, but was not happy about it and went on and on about how the staff member that gave me the coupons wasn’t supposed to give them to me or should have told me about the review ( mind you by this time I’ve already made a 5 star review since it literally took me 20 secs). Anyway just rude and unhappy. Kind of annoying to go here.
