We placed our order and received the requested food in a reasonable amount of time. The order was correct, and the food was good. We ate in the car.

We sat for 5 minutes waiting for someone to take our order but no one ever came so we moved to the other side and waited some more. The tables are disgusting! I cleaned one of with some cleaner we had in the truck and the dried on food still didn't come off. I asked the guy that brought our order if they really expected people to eat at the tables with them being so filthy and he actually looked and said Well I mean yeah... If the outside looks like this I bet the inside looks worse since the customers can't see in there.

My food was good and they fixed it when part of my order was missing. It seemed a bunch of the card machines were broken so the cart hops were having to take the cards back inside to pay. However, they were nice and the car hops are still on roller skates unlike other Sonics I've been to.

Everytime my wife and I come to this establishment, the quality of product is different. Yesterday I got one of the new blueberry lavender lemonade. It was great. So good that I decided I wanted another one today. Ordered one. It was horrible. So watered down from way to much ice to even tell it was supposed to be lemonade, and it was only (little less than) 2/3 of the way full. Very little flavoring. This place is so hit or miss that i doubt we will be returning.

In town visiting my grandma, it was 1030pm, girl on the speaker was rude and asked what I wanted on my burger 5 different times(I only wanted mayo lettuce and ketchup) my fiance asked for a footlong coney, she kept ringing it up wrong and took it off the screen and said someone would fix it. I didn't get my dipping sauce, missing ketchup and lettuce on my burger and my fiance got an American hotdog. No napkins or utensils in bag either. Only good thing I can say is the food we got was warm.
I really enjoy all of the Sonics menu items. Their food portions are still the same, it's not smaller portions for more money.

I normally try not to write bad reviews but this Sonic is terrible I'll just drive the extra time and go to the one on Greenbrier from now on. Half the time there not even open at 7 when they suppose to open at 6. Then the other times they're taking extra long or burning the food. I stop there because my toddler loves sonic but today Tracy was so rude..because today, just like Tuesday we got burnt french toast and bacon. Then it was a pieces of broken burnt bacon not edible at all, not a full order, and I'm for sure they saw and knew it by looking at it putting it in the bag. The French toast burnt too where you can barely even bite it.. I let it ride Tuesday and the other many times it happen but not today I called. And Tracy needs to be retrained on customer service and proper phone etiquette and the manager on duty this morning who was having her rely some odd the messages before I was rudely hung up on. The tots were the only edible thing in the order of two french toast with side of bacon and tots
