Who ever oversees their mobile orders needs to tighten up. It’s a constant issue having to wait 15 or more minutes
Just left and asked for extra caramel and extra crunch and got neither! I had stopped going for a while because this happened and other times I would go they would prepare it correctly. I asked the lady at the window and she said it goes on top and brushed me off. Too many inconsistencies at this Starbucks location. If I pay for it that’s what I want! Hardly any crunch, or Carmel and the cup is still over half full
My husband and I visited this Starbucks at 5:08 am on Sunday, December 7th, 2025. The baristas inside were very kind and welcoming. However, the man cleaning the parking lot was rude when my husband smoked his legal medical cannabis more than 25 feet from the door. We were unaware of Starbucks’ policy banning all smoking, vaping, and drug use on their property, and there were no visible signs posted outside. My husband put his vape away immediately, but we decided to cancel our order and continue our travels elsewhere. We do frequent long distance driving and we have NEVER been approached even when my husband smokes a cigarette. Our early morning Starbucks stops help with my husband's pain and to stretch his legs. Smoking helps him continue the ride.
We've been doing this for about 10+ years. I recommend if Starbucks posts signage inside, it should be posted outside so customers understand the rules before ordering and enforce the rules everywhere. We ended up driving to the next Starbucks in Douglasville and had no issues.

Recently I stopped at this Starbucks while traveling to Atlanta. I was buying coffee and a snack. I HAD to go to the restroom first. When I finished I went to the counter and began to order. As I was telling the employee with no smile my order she said, “You are supposed to order before you go to the restroom.” If I had run out I suppose they could have followed me to notify me, but to interrupt and admonish me (even if there is a sign) as I am ORDERING was unacceptable. I should have walked out, but I did my part and purchased something as a customer who was using their facilities. I haven’t and I will never walk into a Starbucks again. Ever. I will never purchase anything with the Starbucks name.

Absolutely the worst experience ever in a Starbucks! I was the only person inside and wasn't even acknowledged for almost 5 min. And then another 4 min to give my order. I'll never go here again!

I recently visited the Oxford Starbucks via the drive-thru one morning and was a bit disappointed with the overall experience. Despite only having three cars ahead of me, I ended up waiting around 10 minutes for a single cup of coffee. Placing my order was straightforward; the gentleman at the speaker took it quickly. However, once I got to the window, I was immediately prompted to select a tip. I went with a smaller tip option (about 20% of the coffee’s cost), and I could tell the barista wasn’t thrilled.
When he handed me the coffee, it was missing a sleeve. I also wasn’t asked if I needed sugar while ordering, so I requested some at the window — he brought me four packets of white sugar without checking if I preferred brown sugar. I additionally had to ask for a stirrer.
For what is essentially pricey coffee-flavored water, it would be nice to have more attentive service. I’m typically happy to tip for good service, but this experience felt underwhelming. I hope Oxford Starbucks improves efficiency and pays a bit more attention to the details that make a quick coffee run worthwhile.

This location is just not it. I went in for a small order and ended up waiting 30 min plus for a simple order. Long wait time , terrible service and very filthy would not recommend.

Too slow, I waited in the drive thru line for a mobile order for over 20 minutes. You can’t park and go in or you get blocked by the drive thru like that wraps around the building. The girls working are sweet but severally understaffed.
