I recently visited the Oxford Starbucks via the drive-thru one morning and was a bit disappointed with the overall experience. Despite only having three cars ahead of me, I ended up waiting around 10 minutes for a single cup of coffee. Placing my order was straightforward; the gentleman at the speaker took it quickly. I have never had a wrong or bad order. The shop can get congested and slow, which is to be expected given its location next to an interstate, and considering it is the only drive-through Starbucks for miles

This Is Starbucks is great but services the community and the interstate traffic. This area is in desperate need of a second location and would not hurt for management to have WAY more staff at 8am.
