So we came in here the first week of Novemeber and they were out of their main ingredients like vanilla and cold brew. Today they are out of all chocolate, all coffee, peppermint, cold brew, caramel, eggnog and much more. Including put of food. The ladies were really nice though.

Terrible customer service. 4 employees working and all cutting up barely working. One girl wanted to be a smart ass and tell me that regular espresso is no different than blonde. I guess they just give it different names for the hell if it. Blonde has a higher caffeine content if she would really like to be educated. Worst location ever

Would be nice to see the employees a little more expeditious in the mornings. People are generally trying to get to work or appointments at 8:45am. The employees are just standing around, cutting up, and taking their time. Took ten mins from the minute I ordered til I received my drink. When there's no one ordering, why is one employee just standing waiting on someone to walk up, while the new guy struggles to catch up? I understand starbucks strives for a 4 minute max on orders. They failed today.

I love being able to stop at this Starbucks and go shopping. The only negative is that they are often out of things needed for menu items. This has been the 4th time I’ve come that they have been out of whipped cream and vanilla flavoring.
