I made a pick-up order for breakfast. I got there and they said that they don't have breakfast even though it was before 11 o'clock and when we said that she hesitated like she was lieing and then said ohh we ran out. Then when I tried to cancel the order on my phone it said sorry you can't cancel the order it's already ready. So I bought food I never received. Worst location ever. Makes me never want to eat at taco bell again. They should really look into better employees

One of the worst locations I’ve ever been to. Every single item in my order was messed up, stale, or horribly made. Stale cinnamon twist, rock hard chalupa that breaks like a hard shell, a tiny portion of meat on everything. Chalupa, taco and cheesy Gordita crunch. These aren’t cheap items. I wish I could get my money back.

I hate giving bad reviews. Really tried to give this place a chance. Originally when it opened we were turned off by the fact that our food wasn't properly cooked. Eventually we came back and it slowly got better. Tonight was it for our family. Our food hardly had any meat or cheese. The people working here are always nice and it's probably not their fault. They probably got told to use less meat and cheese to save money. ??♀️

When they first opened, they were great. Food fantastic, employees were great. Went today and waited 10 minutes to order my food. Supervisor standing around chatting with employees, not hidden, standing 15 feet from me. Did even acknowledge anyone was there. Very disappointed.

I go here often because I work in the same parking lot. I always order the same thing, #2 3 soft tacos supreme, no lettuce. I have had multiple instances where they have left off my tomatoes, or it's sloppy, or dump all my sour cream in one area if they even attempt to put it on there. Today my tomatoes were left off and i got the tiniest drop of sour cream.. im paying extra to have a supreme taco, get it together taco bell.

My fiance and I went through the drive thru about 15 minutes ago and my order was a CHEESE quesadilla, TWO cheese roll ups, and my fiance asked for a HANDFUL of mild sauce. I received a chicken quesadilla, one cheese roll up, and no mild sauce. I dont eat meat, for ethical reasons, and have a sensory disorder that effects my texture processing mostly, so I'm quite pissed off. Really don't understand why people dont take food more seriously.

The food was great as usual!! The only reason I'm giving a 4☆ is because the person that called my name (Dosh) pronounced it Dash. To be sure I said Dosh? They gave me the craziest look when I took the bag. <-- the crazy look got the star marked down. I was just making sure I got the right food! Even my son said something about it. It was unsettling. Maybe it's my lavender/pink hair? I was dressez very well. Maybe my clothes because they're SHEIN KPOP looking and I'm near 60? ? I wore my cat ear hair band and was feeling wonderful. I don't know exactly why, but it definitely did not give me a welcoming feeling. They looked crazy at us. It won't keep me away. I'm just going to be prepared next time. If it happens again, I'm going to make a crazy face back at them when no one is looking. ?

Wow! This is the worst experience at a fast food. They throw the food on the counter after calling your name. Had to ask for drink cups and our order was incomplete. I had heard the service was bad here and they proved that to be true. We will not be back!

I went through the drive thru. Every car was being parked. It took 23 minutes to get our food. We were shorted a chip and I had to go inside and get it. We were also shorted 4 avacado packets that were on the receipt but we just did without them.
