Stopped after a 600 mile drive between Cocoa Beach, Florida and Memphis. The staff were so nice and actually looked like they were enjoying themselves at work! The bartender was all smiles as made me a great margarita to start off. After a glass of wine, I ordered the filet medallions with sides and it was all great. Highly recommend this spot if you’re traveling through the area and I’ll be back!

The waitress kept touching a person with our party and it made all 4 very uncomfortable. Didn’t want to bring attention to the problem inside the crowded dining area. But this has bothered me all day. None of us finished our food because we hurried and ask for carry out plates. And sure enough she was waiting near the exit and had to touch the person one more time The man she kept touching wasn’t even the one paying! The other man in our party of 4 paid. She wasn’t all over him like the other one.

We love Texas road house but this one is just awful. We started going when they first opened but something is always wrong. The last time we went my husband ordered a steak and it was nothing but hard fat that he could not eat not to mention it was an expensive ribeye that when we got home he had to trash it. We did not go for a while since that experience and we tried again the other day for a pick up order- online you can choose extra toppings for more money and of course they did not add them, we got the kids mini burgers with Mac and cheese- I tried it for my toddler and the Mac and cheese noodles were extremely hard and barley any cheese the burger buns were extremely hard, on my meal they left off all of the toppings to the burger that on the app it is already marked on there and you have to tap to remove which I did not. Unfortunately for a $70 to go meal that you wait 40 minutes for we won’t be back after this last attempt. The Oxford Texas road house is just not like the others.
Got on waiting list had 8 hosts up there & still took two parties of 10 & 12 before my party of 10 then told her 2 times we needed a high chair the table that they set us at couldn’t use a high chair this is the last time I will ever go to this location & one more bad experience at another location it will be the last time for Texas Roadhouse we left. Check your video camera either to busy talking or setting their friends?

Celebrating Mother's Day's dining at TR.
Salad & applesauce were delicious, but the salad was lacking. It was extremely small. I requested salad without croutons. I just removed the croutons. I would have enjoyed a Sweet Baked Potato, butter only, but discovered TR soaks potatoes in bacon grease. I'm allergic to pork.
Not a complaint. Just wish the rolls were baked longer.
Friendly staff. Our Son, his Wife, Son, Daughter, my husband & I enjoyed dining together at TR.
Our server did not return for refills. though. That was disappointing.

The produce was highly disappointing! I asked for a side salad & got brown lettuce. I sent the salad back only to get another bad salad with brown lettuce. My soda was straight carbonation, they need to change out the drink machines. My fried fish was asked to be cooked hard & was so flimsy that I couldn’t even eat it. The waitress only asked me if I wanted another side, didn’t apologize or anything! This is my final straw with Texas Roadhouse & I will never return. This place disappoints me & gets worse every time I try to give it another chance but after tonight, they will NEVER get my money or business again.

Our food was quoted to be done at 6:09 PM. We didn’t receive our food until 6:42 PM. I called and couldn’t get a clear answer on when our food was going to be ready. Asked to speak with a manager so we could get a refund and waited close to 10 minutes on a manger to pick the phone up. While waiting on a manger to pick up the phone, our food was done so we decided to get it and leave instead. When we got home all of our food was cold but the potatoes. We live less than 15 minutes away so it’s not like it got cold on our drive home. Will not be going back.
