Our waitress, Melissa, was outstanding! Her customer service was excellent and just beautiful! Everything was on point. The cook was amazing as well with outstanding skills. The aura, food, and all over experience was great! My def go to from now on. Merry Christmas at its finest. I hope Waffle House higher ups see this and acknowledge their superior employees. Wonderful job!

If there was a zero star this place would definitely have gotten one. We sat at a table for 15 minutes and no one acknowledged we were even there. I asked if someone was going to take our order. The response i've gotten was they have no cook. But there was someone cooking food for the only table besides ours. With three waitress just standing around talking. This location always has issues.

This location is always busy when go but we always get great food and service!
Breakfast was good, fresh coffee and food came back fast. The restaurant was clean but could have used some sweeping in the dining area also the bathrooms only have hand blowers, no hand towels. Staff were fine, but could have used some extra help/staff due to customers not being seen and leaving. Overall not a bad experience.
