Terrible. I waited in a line with 2 cars in front none behind. It took over 20 mins and the girl opened the window and said there is just 3 of us here and I’m going home in a minute. The outside doors were locked so no one could go in. This is at 2 in the afternoon ! As I pulled around I saw 5 cars pulled up to go in and could not. And there were about 8 cars in the drive thru. Do not know who manages the store but the employees inside were laughing and cutting up. Sad experience! This franchise lost a lot of customers and money today !

Wendy's has made some changes! The last 2 visits the food was hot and fresh!! That will definitely have me going back. The staff was pleasant and not rude.
Wendy's in Oxford still serves great food, and their hamburgers are still the same size and quality; unlike McDonald's and Burger King, who are selling smaller burgers and cold fries for more money.

I'm sure it's a sign of the times that there are changes to almost everything on the menu. Understandable, but I hope the chili I got this week was just an error and not a new norm. Much more watery, more beans, less flavor. Burger patties seem smaller/flatter too. It's still Wendy's though, and still good.
