I went through the the drive thru today and although the customer service was amazing, the food was not fresh and the order was not correct. I don’t recommend.

Wendy's in Oxford still serves great food, and their hamburgers are still the same size and quality; unlike McDonald's and Burger King, who are selling smaller burgers and cold fries for more money.
The food was hot and tasty and the dining room was very clean. Great job to the staff.

I'm sure it's a sign of the times that there are changes to almost everything on the menu. Understandable, but I hope the chili I got this week was just an error and not a new norm. Much more watery, more beans, less flavor. Burger patties seem smaller/flatter too. It's still Wendy's though, and still good.

Slow as molasses, and they were not busy. I ordered a small frosty and it was running. I told them about it and they shrugged their shoulders and then finally said, Do you want a vanilla one? No, If I wanted a vanilla frosty I would of ordered one. Never coming back to this Wendy's!
