I was wondering why the girl at the drive thru was rushing my food out the window. Well I took a quick look at my food and it looked to be the Dave's doubles plain I'd ordered, but once I got home ( almost in Heflin) I noticed one was correct and one was a triple cheeseburger plain! I called and they said, next time you come through we'll make it right, why can't you do it right the first time? I was hungry, and I don't eat the dried up little patties. This is all the time there, I only go there cause my youngest child and grandbabies like it so much, but every time they get something wrong! If it's correct on the receipt, it's the employee/cook not giving a damn to do it right! And don't contact corporate they don't care either!

The lady working at the front was very rude she got my order wrong and when I asked if they was still serving the frosty cold brews she proceeds to look down look back up and and go no with a rude attitude I assumed that they stopped serving them at a certain time until I went to another one and found out they serve them all day long
As long as you don't look at the health score, you won't be disappointed. The food is great! Service is pretty much what you would expect of a Wendy's. If you are dining in, bring a fly swatter.

Located off Interstate 20-W in Georgia. It was clean; service was great. I only go to WENDY'S for their Apple Pecan Salad and their oatmeal bars.

On the road again and forever looking for a Mexican restaurant! Found this wonderful place just a bit off the interstate. So hot outside that I ordered a Mexican Shrimp Cocktail to go and it was super tasty sitting in my cool air conditioning. You can always find a great Mexican restaurant and food via Google.

Absolutely horrible service. Even the manager was rude and did not listen to me when I was ordering and the employee behind the counter was confused and not understanding what I was trying to order. Manager came over to take my order and totally screwed it up worse. I ended up paying for stuff I did my even order. I grew tired I trying to get somebody to understand what I wanted to order which was individual items and not combo items.. so i just paid and left with sod i did not want or m nor ordered. Should not be that difficult. I will not be going back to this Wendy's location.
