Went by for a small bite and picked up the junior bacon cheeseburger and small fries and it was great. Right amount of mayo with lettuce and tomato and bacon in every bite.

If I could give this place ZERO I would. Never really had a bad time until today. Workers are incompetent. Waited over 30 minutes for food. 4 small items! Workers were too busy cutting up and smoking outside. Store smelled strongly of cigarettes. They had no problem blowing their last puffs of cigarettes in the store. Walked out with a refund. White girl with glasses don’t know what the hell she’s doing. She was putting her hands all in the bags and staring in them like her future depended on it while there was a line waiting to not only order but get food. Two people walked out. Took me 15 minutes just to place my order. Some of them looked high out of their minds just standing there staring. Will be contacting corporate Monday. Get new staff, because the staff you have now won’t have customers coming back.

We ordered at 7:18, I understand that it was new years eve but they were out of chili, tea and doctor pepper. The fries were cooked around lunch and so dry and tasteless I couldn't eat them. But that's what customer service has gone to.

Staff is pleasant, mostly use drive thru but anytime I've been in, it's always clean.
Typical fast food. When you’re in a hurry and hungry - you settle for an average meal. Hamburgers are still decent, but chicken sandwiches keep getting thinner and thinner. Wendy’s does have the better specialty drinks and chili.

The lady at the drive speaker & window had a horrible attitude. It started at the speaker, I could tell she was irritated. After placing the order, we get to the window & she just says the price, no hello or good morning. I showed her that I had an app offer. She huffed, slammed the bags on the counter and turned to get the scanner I guess. I’m not sure because we drove off. Not patronizing a business with the front line having that type of attitude.
