We ordered at 7:18, I understand that it was new years eve but they were out of chili, tea and doctor pepper. The fries were cooked around lunch and so dry and tasteless I couldn't eat them. But that's what customer service has gone to.

Staff is pleasant, mostly use drive thru but anytime I've been in, it's always clean.
Typical fast food. When you’re in a hurry and hungry - you settle for an average meal. Hamburgers are still decent, but chicken sandwiches keep getting thinner and thinner. Wendy’s does have the better specialty drinks and chili.

The lady at the drive speaker & window had a horrible attitude. It started at the speaker, I could tell she was irritated. After placing the order, we get to the window & she just says the price, no hello or good morning. I showed her that I had an app offer. She huffed, slammed the bags on the counter and turned to get the scanner I guess. I’m not sure because we drove off. Not patronizing a business with the front line having that type of attitude.

Placed a mobile order after making sure the place was open but when I got there no one would answer the drive through and doors were locked. I saw employees inside but no one even acknowledged anyone was outside.
Can't go inside for breakfast. The last they could do is post it si you're not trying every door to get in.

The bathroom was clean, roomy and right as you walked into the side door. I travel alot, so stopping for a potty break here was a very nice surprise! Although the TP was a bit thin, it was the nicest one yet! And I like their food!

Trash. The people working were mad that they made our burger wrong and we asked them to remake it. Whoever was in the kitchen threw two burgers across the table and they both hit the floor. They proceeded to try and serve us a burger that we CLEARLY saw fall on the floor. Then, tried to argue with us that it didn’t fall on the floor. Do better, ew.

It's sad they aren't answering the phone after giving me food that was cold hard and like rubber. My chicken nuggets and fries was cold and like rubber. I been calling since yesterday after the arrival of my food. 4:40pm July 16th2024 now today still not answering their phone. I called yesterday 12 times no answer. Poor Poor customer service. Please do better.
