So my family and I went to eat here on October 28th. Everything was going well then my niece found a whole fake eye lash in her food. Well if that wasn't bad enough we found two more hairs in food that we got from the buffet. One was in a salad the other was on some steak that was gotten from the grill area. So needless to say our meals where ruined because of this. Well I asked my waitress Holly I believe her name was. Let me just say this Holly was Amazing she was super apologetic and she was super nice the whole time. My problem wasn't with her she did everything she could in her position. Well I asked to speak with a manager. Crystal I believe was her name came to the table I informed her of everything. Her answer was well what do you expect its a buffet. All of the staff has hair nets on. That's all great and wonderful but that doesn't excuse the fact that 3 different hairs and eye lashes where found in the food. I'm still waiting to hear back from Kevin who I spoke with today. His answer was well I'm sorry that happened I will check the reports they send. We spent $80 to eat less than a plate of food. That's a horrible way to do business. I will never be back to eat there. Its a shame that this is how customers are treated.

Me and buddy go to the races twice a year and glad you were open this year. The food is great. The chef that Cooked my omelette was awesome The waitresses are awesome also. See y’all April 26, 2026

Well this is a little jem hidden on the side of the highway. The food is great for the price of about $15 for the buffet. The servers are a great bunch of ladies that wait on you with a smile and the best southern hospitality. Special thanks to Jennifer foraking our dining great!

The food is really good. The service is good and the atmosphere is nice. My server, Holli, was terrific. She was always checking on us.

This place was a pleasant surprise. I haven't seen a Western Sizzlin in years. My wife and I both had the buffet. Very well stocked salad bar with more than I needed. The steak was a little too done for me but still had a good taste. My favorite meat was a chicken dish they had. I can't even describe the taste as it was unique but really good. My wife said she really enjoyed the fried chicken she had. I really enjoyed all of the veggies. I can't list all of them but my favorites were the corn,dressing and baked beans. Out of my loop but I ever get close I'll be back. Almost forgot everything with two drinks under $25.00 !!

This was our 3rd time going there. The food is great and our waitress as well as the customer service was very pleasant. Great price for the value. We'll go back.

Unfortunately after being closed for so many months after because of the fire 🔥 incident, you lost your good chefs (cook that made your food with excellent taste!!!!!! Now the food it isn't that great at all. PLEASE BRING BACK THE COOKS YOU HAD BEFORE THE FIRE.
