Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

This location is one of my favorites to stop by! Not only is the food always fresh and delicious, the staff they have truly care about the customers and make sure the experience is perfect. You won’t find this at any other fast food place!

Hiring from the bottom of the damn barrel.. service and staff have gone downhill.. you place an order and they give you what they want to give you.. you might get what you order or you might get something completely random..

Service was poor, had to wait in line forever. Food was burt.

I ordered a nibbler meal and told the employee that I wanted spicy Zac sauce on the nibblers. I ordered an extra nibbler the same way. I also mentioned that I’d like it to be NOT so messy that you couldn’t pick them up. This has happened multiple times..I asked for extra seasoning on the fries. Not only were all 4 nibblers a total mess, there was no extra seasoning on the fries. I ordered an extra order of fries which I did not get.

Never get all your sauces or get the wrong sauce! Chicken fingers and boneless wings are not good anymore! Salads are lacking too. We used to love to eat here as a family but this one on Oxford has gone down hill!

For me this is crazy because we ordered and let doordash pick up and put food was wrong I then called store and a crackish manager answered said doordash was responsible they couldn't fix even if I brought the food back with receipt which is very false!! I'm from ga and my husband Is the store manager at Zaxby's in Carrollton for you to tell me a lie about what Zaxby's will or won't do is crazy!! This store was great until they weren't. Stop lying to customers and make good on your stores policies

I am writing to express my consistent disappointment with the accuracy of my recent orders. On numerous occasions, I have received incomplete meals, despite placing my orders correctly. This has occurred frequently enough to raise serious concerns about the reliability of the service.

I understand that the meals are prepared through a drug rehabilitation program, and I appreciate the important work being done. However, the recurring issue of missing items is unacceptable, especially considering the cost of the food. The quality of service should be commensurate with the price paid.

Today's experience further exemplifies this problem. After placing my order through the app. When I got to the drive-through window, I was asked to wait in the parking lot. After a 15-minute wait, I was informed that my order had been lost and was subsequently provided with an incomplete meal.

I request that this matter be given urgent attention to ensure future orders are complete and accurate.

The inside of this restaurant was in a mess. Garbage containers were so full they were spilling out onto the counter. The bathrooms were filthy! The tea was sour and after I reported this it was never changed. There were no condiments in the containers and food on the floor around the tables.

This particular Zaxby’s is horrible. They serve terrible food. I got the taco meal and it was covered in so much sauce I couldn’t eat it. For $12 it should be edible at the very least.
