Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I ordered loaded fries and received a box of ranch with 3 fries. the fries being covered so bad made the fries too bad. could not even eat them with how much was on them. i mean they were soooo soggy and completely drenched by it. this zaxbys always seems to have an issue. maybe send someone who knows what they are doing to make food. never coming back.

If you don’t like your food being messed up constantly, not getting what you ordered, or someone that knows what the hell they’re doing then don’t come here. This is the third time my food has been messed up. The first time the woman working the register was somewhat new I’m guessing and it was an honest mistake. Second time I forgave and moved on . This is the THIRD TIME PEOPLE!! When we first ordered I told her I wanted a 6 finger plate Buffalo style, with bbq sauce and ranch to dip with, and a large drink. She gave me a small drink and I didn't say anything. Then when we got our food, mine was wrong. When I said something about it being wrong she blatantly lied to my face. Then when I did get my food back it was in to go boxes and I was short a chicken finger and I was short of my coleslaw. I also had to ask to have my ranch back and my fork back.

Awful experience, my fiancé ordered his usually 6 Buffalo styled finger plate and he received them wrong! When he said something they were rude and took the food to the back and fixed him 5 Buffalo styled chicken fingers and put the fingers and fries in to go boxes still missing food, and our order was for dine in, why was it put in to go boxes? Will not come back to this location

I ordered 2 Zack packs, 1 boneless wings and 1 with fingers. The prices on the app were different than the ones in store. I got to the window to ask why and the woman in the drive thru window tried to explain the issue and when I asked to speak to the manager, she had an awful attitude and acted like I was an issue. She rushed me and told me she fixed the issue and she didn’t, she just scanned my QR code on the app but didn’t explain why the prices were different. She had long brown hair and a collared shirt. I think her name was Madison. I ended up paying for the food but overall, I would think someone in a manager position would handle issues in a more mature manner. Everyone else was super nice and the food was hot and fresh. I just expect more from someone in a position of authority.
