Sonic was my go to place for a snack and RT44 drink mid-afernoon; however, my concern is whether Sonic personnel are becoming a part of a "gang". Representatives of a company should appear otherwise - some have pants exposing their underwear while others appear to meet a standard. This appearance standard would not cut it in an established drive-in or otherwise - even McDonald's has a standard. Represent the brand with your personnel as well as the food.
Fix the ice machine. I’m going through withdraws.
Ice machine wasn’t acting right today, so they wouldn’t sell me my daily medium cup of ice, I even asked if I could just buy a small cup. But the manager said no. 😭
I miss my Vanilla Coke and ice😭😭
I had just shown up at sonic and seen a friend above the hill. So My truck has straights I didn't punch the gas or nothing and the stuck up manager runs up the hill in a storm. Telling me I had to leave immediately. Told me not to come back tonight or I won't receive any service. I understand they could be annoyed of loud trucks but her way of working out the situation was unacceptable. So white lady jerk manager. I hope to see you soon!
