Did my first online order and was suppose to get 5 hush puppies but they weren’t there. Still leaving 5 stars for how fresh and good the food was though. I’m not sure we would’ve ate the hush puppies anyway.
Ordered online: Arrived at the store to pick up my order. It was ready and hot exactly at the time they said it would be. AWESOME ?Customer service at the the drive thru was cordial, polite and courteous. I did NOT get the proverbial "not a problem" when l said "Thank you", but got " you're welcome".

On a recent visit to Captain D's, I was surprised to see the menu has changed just a little bit. The price was about as expected. The restaurant was clean.
