The food was good and the server was very attentive. Our only concern was the attention to detail. I asked for my burger with No lettuce or tomatoes and it came out exactly as listed on the menu. My wife asked for the buffalo wings and she got barbecue. This is one of the most frustrating things to happen at a restaurant.

I witnessed an older gentleman asking for a menu so he could place an order, he waited for a while, he spoke to 3 different employees and finally a manager came up and threw that menu next to him, how hard is it to hand it to the customer? Maybe apologize for him/us waiting in line for about 20min?Not sure what her name is but she has short haircut with platinum color hair. Her being a manager of that place, I expected better from her.

Today I went to eat at this place from Montgomery for my birthday I wanted to enjoy a ribay and a mashed potato the ribay was raw it looked like it had been put in the microwave and the mashed potatoes were cold with no taste I would not return to this place I don't recommend it, don't waste your money

Save your money and just avoid this place. Every time is just a disaster. Steak came out half raw half rubber, sent it back then finally got a new one about 30 minutes later once everyone at the table had been done eating for a solid 20 minutes. Asked to speak to the manger and could not even make that happen because they were running expo line and I guess that was more important. Never even saw manager once. Then got a $5 discount on over $70 dollars worth of food. The experience just truly gets worse and worse and from someone who used to work here for many years the over all quality and experience has just gone so down hill it is honestly sad. So again I will say please save your money and go just about anywhere else for a 1 million time better experience over all as a whole. So disappointed to know how this location used to be to how it is now. Mind blowing Fred would allow it to get this bad. (Fred is the owner of this franchise).

Had 2 hairs in my salmon. Took 15-20 mins to get the remake (my whole table had finished eating) when the remake came it looked like it the cook had cut the salmon in half and gave me one half. We sat the whole time with empty glasses including my child. They comped $5 off our meal… so there’s that I guess.
As a veteran, I greatly appreciate Applebee's support on Veterans day. However, as a customer on that day I was disappointed in the quality of food. The steak was cooked properly, but had no seasoning and had tough spots running through it. The broccoli again had no seasoning. The potatoes were pretty good. Service and atmosphere were good considering the crowded day.

Service wasn’t bad, but the waiter had no personality. Could be due to being understaffed. The pretzel beer cheese appetizer is really good, the rest of the meal wasn’t that great. I recommend saving your money and going elsewhere, there are plenty of better options in the area with staff that have personality.

I've been to this Applebee's in the past but this experience was a total bust.. Starting with the seat in the booth having a split that was more a crater which was right where one would sit. Then the significant wait for the waiter to actually show up to take out drink order. When our food arrived it was about 50% room temperature and the other 50% was actually cold. The staff were friendly and polite enough, but overall service was lacking. Not sure we will give them another shot with so many options on that particular strip of road. Hopefully they get their act together before a for sale shows up in front of the resturant.
