I have been sitting in the drive thru for 20 minutes. I had to recheck the website to make sure that they opened at 9:30am. I pulled into the drive thru at 9:35. I pulled the front door and tried opening it but the door was locked it opened at 10, which is understandable. If you all needed a few minutes all you had to do was acknowledge that I was there. I am driving off now because I'm assuming no one is in there yet I saw 1 lady and 1 worker in there but was never acknowledged.
Should've known when the parking lot was empty at 8pm. We almost went somewhere else because a very intoxicated woman was wandering around the lobby talking gibberish but she left by the time we were ready to order. The staff seemed unconcerned about her behavior just as they were unconcerned about the guy who shined his high beams into the dining room for 20 minutes. the guy behind the register was polite and helpful but seemed like he could barely speak above a whisper and wasn't about to confront a drunk wandering around the lobby. we were the only customers but it took 15 minutes to get our food. my sandwich and my daughters chicken strips were ok but the rest of the food was inedible. my wife's chicken was like plastic and my kids Mac n cheese was lukewarm. don't think this location will be open much longer

They have messed up my online order three separate times now.

I had a bad feeling when we pulled into the parking lot and there were only a couple of cars in the back, which I figured were the employees cars. I would have gone somewhere else, but my boyfriend was craving a beef N cheddar, so we decided to go in anyway. Bad decision.
The guy that took our order was super slow. Not like mentally slow. Just oddly physically slow moving. When he took our money, his arms were moving so slowly that I finally looked at my boyfriend and he gave me a look with his eyes to let me know he saw it too. When we stepped away to get our drinks he said that guy was as slow as a sloth! I agreed. I've never seen anyone move that slow except on slo-mo videos.
That would have been ok, but then I started walking around to pick us a table and every single table in the place was dirty with crumbs, etc on it. We had to pick a table and wipe it off ourselves, which also didn't make me feel good about the place.
We sat there for 10 to 15 minutes, waiting on our food, seeing a couple of cars go through the drive-thru during that time. My boyfriend got up to go see what was going on. They gave us our fries and told him they would give us more fries when our food comes out since we were having to wait. We ended up sitting there for about 10 more minutes before our food finally came out. Not sure what took so long since we were the only people in the restaurant.
To make it worse, the food wasn't even that good. Neither of us ate all of it. We could have gotten much better food for $25.
Also, it was hot inside the restaurant. Mainly from the huge sunroof on one side letting in a lot of sunshine and heat. I went back out to the car not long after we got there and brought my small battery operated fan inside.
I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Tried a Traditional Roast Beef and can say it was good. Didn't order anything else but would like to comment about the drive thru attendant. Not enthused about working at the window nor greeting for payment.

Never even got to order. Shortly after 8pm on this Saturday night my wife and I pulled up to this Arby's. I parked and my wife got out to go inside to place our order. She never made it to the door before the lady inside at the drive thru window told her that the lobby was closed. Why even have a lobby of it's not going to be open for customers. Whether it's due to a lack of employees or just plane laziness this location needs some serious restructuring.

The three stars is only because the service was great. The staff was friendly and quick with the order. I think the reason they were able to get our food so quickly is because the 3 PC chicken tenders my daughter ordered had been sitting in a corner for half a day. They were tiny, the size of her finger. She couldn't eat them because the tenders were too stale and hard. I know the pictures are not representative of the actual food received, however this was not even in the same solar system. Good grief. I paid $18 for a medium chicken tender meal and Reuben sandwich only. I wouldn't have complained if the food had been edible. We ended up ordering her something from CFA. Very disappointed

Went to the drive thru on a Friday night for my husband and I and spent $20 plus dollars. He got the crispy chicken sandwich and a roast beef sandwich. I got the turkey bacon ranch combo however my sandwich didn’t contain much bacon. You already only get about one piece of bacon per sandwich but they didn’t even give me that. I took a picture of it to add it to the review but it won’t allow me to add them. This is ridiculous.
