I was excited about the opening of this location so I ordered from the app and selected curbside pickup. I get to the location and there's no designated spots for curbside so I just decide to go through drive thru to pick up my order. The lady on the speaker tells me to drive around and I wait a few minutes for the guy at the window to tell me to come inside to pickup. 😡 So, when I get inside, no one can find my order, and there's plenty of people there for the grand opening and no one can seem to tell me where my order is. They remake my order and no one can still tell me what's going on. Keep in mind, there's probably 20 people working and no one can give me an update. I finally receive my order after 30 minutes from when I placed the order and got no apology. I was late for work because of this and still received no response as far as what went wrong. This is unacceptable.
As far as appearance, the ham biscuit that I ordered could barely even be called a biscuit. When I picked it up, it felt like just the weight of the paper wrapper holding it together. The bo-rounds were very tasty as was the bo-berry biscuit. I still don't know if I will be back though because of this experience.
