I recently visited the establishment via drive through and my order was properly handled by a very welcoming and friendly employee, Suri! She handled my order in a timely fashion and with excellent menu knowledge. Definitely will be coming back!!

This location has gone downhill overall due to service. I don’t know if the younger employees just don’t care as much or what. This includes drive through and inside as well. They seem to have an attitude that I’m bothering them, messing up my order, not speaking or giving me the usual “my pleasure “, “thank you “ or “have a blessed day “. There are a couple of adult employees that do the same thing. I go there out of convenience but find myself going to Patton Creek more often. Hope that they improve with customer service or I’ll make Patton Creek my “home” Chick Fil A.

Salad was mediocre (was wet) and for some reason this wasn't the typical Chick-fil-A customer service. Won't be back for awhile. Didn't have a positive experience this time.
