Went here tonight with my family of 6, to get something sweet on recommendation. Well, I had planned on getting a nice milkshake, but during the process of testing flavors, was told that they limit the number of samples to 3 (which I was not informed of beforehand and could not clearly note was plastered anywhere in the establishment). In all of my years of visiting creameries, this was a first, of utmost disappointment. It was not possible to make a sound decision without such reference I should have been granted. My family was not aware of this situation/“rule” during our visit, and though they enjoyed their share, I ended up not getting the milkshake I’d planned to get, and left with a bad taste in my mouth. Needless to say, I will not be back.

Wow ! Had never been here before .. it was amazing ! Brought 2 grandchildren and all of us enjoyed rolled ice cream as well as the cone type . Highly recommend!

Stopped here on my way back from Birmingham. Ice cream was great and staff was friendly. Had a nice hangout vibe for the local area. Very family friendly with boardgames and such and some real food like burgers and hot dogs.

This place has a really good atmosphere, great choices to choose from, and overall an amazing energy from the staff. I came in on Sundays with my friends and I was greeted well and felt comfortable with the staff member who was helping me out! Awesome place, will visit again sometime during college.

Cream and cones has excellent ice cream. Home made cones. And while we haven’t had the opportunity to try the rolled ice cream the quality of everything else is amazing. Plus their rewards system is next level. Every time I’m there I earn rewards towards my next trip and all I have to do is give them my phone number and it automatically pulls up my account. No tracking, no apps, no printing coupons. I’ve saved $5, $2, and $2 on each of my trips there. So sign up for the rewards people who doesn’t love saving money?

Got the Cookie Time rolled ice cream with the chocolate base and it was sooooo good. It’s fun getting to watch them make it and the shop has a nice vibe - including board games available. We had to wait in line since they were running a great promo but it was well worth the wait. The rolled ice cream is a very shareable size and the flavor combinations are really yummy.

We LOVE Cream and Cones! My husband always has the rolled vanilla with caramel sauce and adds in cookie dough. While I am trying all of their rotating ice cream flavors in a Waffle Cone. I promise you there is something here for everyone!
