The place is spacious. They have many flavor to choose. The cone were new so, it's very crispy. I ordered pistachios and vanilla. Pistachios is pretty good. Recomended.

After shopping at Sam's had to stop in for a delicious ice cream cone. So many different flavors to choose from. ? they also do what is called rolled ice cream. Takes extra time to make, but so worth it. You get to watch them make it. Our favorite ice cream go to place in Pelham AL.

The servers were super friendly and the ice cream was super delicious! Very welcoming and comfortable atmosphere to enjoy some ice cream and relax. Was visiting the area from out of state. If we're ever in the area again, we will definitely stop by again!

Walked in and was greeted by two ladies. They were so nice and very helpful. We ordered two roll ice cream and they were good! They even had games you can sit down and play while you eat ice cream and also couches. Will be returning again!

Very bad, ice cream is not the best, and the male employee is extremely rude. I don’t get why they put a big sign with images of things “they make”and doesn’t know the names of the things on the images, and on top of it the employee gets irritated when I asked, never again and I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. Is not like is free ice cream to treat people bad in front of others.

Excited to try the rolled ice cream I went there 30 minutes prior to closing and machine was closed down for the night. Had to choose from their hard ice cream product. Underwhelming. Expensive for what I got and went out of the way for. Asked for a cherry topping, and got two measly cherries, I find it comical, however they have an award on the wall from their distributors, saying how proud they are of being one of the highest sellers of their products. Wish I would’ve known before driving out of my way, thar their machines were going to be down for the night.

A+ 5 Stars for the customer service!! Drew Coshatt is an EXCELLENT employee!!! He was working by himself on Friday Feb 24 when our group of 8 was in the store between 7:30 and 8:30pm. The line was backed up to the door the entire time. He was consistently friendly, greeting every group as they came in and thanking every group as they left.He never seemed flustered. He had the best attitude! I asked him for his name so I could brag on him! The ice cream was good too and totally worth the wait.
