A decent brisket sandwich served with wickles would be a good brisket sandwich a great one like they serve here with the addition of wickles becomes unmissible do yourself a favor and go get one

Best BBQ I've ever had. Quick stop off the interstate. Inventive menu with smoked grits and corn casserole. They recommended the brisket and for good reason. The good was so fast. The place is really clean. Would come back to Pelham again just to eat here.

Longtime barbecue guy here!! First - the pulled pork is way over loaded with salt. Seriously-heart attack city. Not sure if they are injecting the pork with an overabundance of salt or throwing it in the cue after chopping. The pork is perfectly chopped but salt is not needed . The salt taste can be masked with sauce but just saying just eating it plain is salt city. No fat in pork was a positive.
Baked beans are ok but nothing elaborate to knock your socks off!! Potato salad was very bland and too creamy- didn’t know if it was supposed to be warm potato salad or chilled. No flavor. Chilled is preferred!!!
Music was too loud- couldn’t hear yourself think much less have a conversation with someone across the table. Ice dispenser had an over flow of ice left in basin tray- was sorta nasty . Tables were somewhat sticky and needed a thorough wipe down. We all wanna see this place stay around so sometimes an honest opinion can help a business!

I cannot say enough great things about this place, the food and people who run it! We were traveling for baseball and just showed up tonight with 35 of us, after being turned down by other restaurants. We had ZERO wait time even though they were packed. The food was FRESH AND HOMEMADE! The food was delicious, from smash burgers, to pulled pork, to ribs to smoked chicken! The sides, OMG! Mac and cheese, beyond amazing, coleslaw, fries, green tomatoes… there’s just so much to list. Yes they have a kids menu too! The hospitality from the staff and I think the owner, was beyond friendly. From when I first called to, them making us feel welcomed. THANK YOU SO MUCH! You made our day!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Best Brisket Ever! Reed is super friendly. Amazing service from the whole staff. And Banana Pudding is a superb cap to an amazing meal! Recommend the patio escape with gorgeous views. I will definitely be coming back regularly.
