Your food tastes as trashy as yalls attitude and service! Officially the worst DQ I've ever had the misfortune of visiting. Glen was so high at 8 pm this Sunday August 10th he couldn't tell the difference between coke and sprite and his expediter has zero professional skills and should be kept WAY in the back of the store to better ensure she doesn't run off at the mouth at customers.

This is the worst Dairy Queen there is. They take forever to get your food ready. I waiting over 30 minutes for my food and they handed me my ice cream first in a bad and told me it was my full order which it wasn't. which started melting before I even got my burgers. If i could give them no stars I would. The employees are nasty and rude and I will never step foot in this dairy queen again.

Food was hot, service was great and quick, restaurant was clean, and staff handled a busy Saturday lunch hour with ease. This is the location I usually prefer.

Glenn was great. Very friendly and moved with a purpose. The rest of his crew was in the parking lot hanging out around cars. Took a minute to get my food but Glenn was pleasant and worked effeciently running the front counter and drive thru.

My Mother took her three grand daughters here in Pelham today. She’s alittle hard of hearing and in her 70s. She asked for four dipped cones and when the cashier looked like she didn’t hear her my mother told the other cashier, “I don’t think we will get the cones.” Upon hearing this the other cashier said, “you don’t like the color of my skin?!?!?” And then started cussing and berating my Mom. The insane cashier then called the police. My Mom not knowing what else to do waited for the police to arrive. The police officer asked my Mother if she wanted to file a complaint. She declined. What a crazy experience for an old women to deal with and on Mother’s Day. We live in Helena. We will never come back to Pelham location. Alabaster is much more friendly.
