I absolutely enjoyed my experience at Dairy Queen in Pelham! The customer service is top tier & the young woman who took my order knew exactly what I desired. Which is called the cookie crunch parfait it is an order I found off tik tok and she knew exactly what I was talking about I was truly excited and she was so sweet! In my opinion the cookie crunch parfait is a 10/10 and I would definitely recommend :)

Came here for my son and got the $7 meal deal with the cheeseburger. We only wanted bread/meat/cheese/bacon. Not only did they exclude the bacon, but it was like the added extra condiments which we asked them to omit. The attitudes were nasty and the service was horrible.
There was a different staff there a few weeks ago and the the experience was wonderful and they’ve just ruined it.

Just left Dairy Queen drive-thru in Pelham and I must say it was nice to have fast food that was fresh and hot. Fries were good and the bun for the hot dog was soft and not hard and stale. Thank you and keep up the good work!

I am door dasher. I waited 30 minutes while they served everyone and ignored me. Are they going to feed my family? I doubt it lol. What a joke
Stopped by this location with my wife and my 4 year old daughter after a long drive from GA, we tried to order at the drive thru but whoever was there was either not having a good day or hates her job. Based on her tone and attitude I could easily tell that it was a black female.

Just like all the other recent reviews, they are very very rude and unpleasant to be around. It's not my fault you chose to work a low paying fast food job! Please don't reply to this with a generic response. Actually do something about it! Multiple people are complaining
