ordered a pizza tonight after working a 12 hour shift. the order was completely wrong. i put the order back in to the store and left a comment telling them i reordered the pizza because i got the wrong one. they literally cancelled the re make.. if you’re gonna order from this dominos, check your order before they drive off. chances are they won’t remake it for you :)

I recently took advantage of Domino's $9.99 pizza deal after a long hiatus. Compared to my usual favorites (which shall remain nameless), the pizza was just okay. 😌As you can see from the pictures, they were quite stingy with the cheese, and let's be honest, cheese is the dynamic that make a pizza juicy and flavorful. I probably won't be ordering from here again and will stick to my go-to spots. On the bright side, the location is convenient, and the customer service was top-notch!💪👍💯
We placed our order online - arrived to pick it up and the tracker says it is ready. FIVE people standing around inside and nobody brings it out after checking in. So we go inside to get our order, and they seem surprised we are there. The pizza is not done, not boxed up or anything.

The manager, Randy, was rude and hung up on me in the middle of the conversation when I called to inform them of an order mix up. Food was decent and the drivers were nice, but Randy's customer service skills are very lacking. Do better!
