I love this place! However, today, I was slightly disappointed. I drove up from Montgomery, the closest location. It was 3:00, and they were out of cookies and cinnamon rolls. I’m unsure why they didn’t cook more because they had a few hours left to be open, but I was disappointed because we made a special trip just for the cinnamon rolls, and we couldn’t purchase as many as we wanted.

A friend suggested we have breakfast at Edgar's this morning. Initially, I thought she meant the one on Hwy 280, but she clarified it was in Pelham. I was surprised to learn there was a bakery there! 👍The Pelham Edgar's Bakery turned out to be a charming little spot with excellent service and delicious breakfast food.❤️ It's definitely a place I'll visit again, whether for breakfast or just to pick up a sweet treat.😁
Parking: There is a small amount of tables on the inside for dinning in, but an adequate amount of tables for outside seating.

Best strawberry cake I have ever tasted. They have other good cakes. I like the caramel also. Variety of sandwiches served with the fruit on side are awesome. They have veggie options too. Everything I have tried here down to the coffee is awesome.

Took over 20 minutes to get a cake I had already ordered and paid for 2 weeks prior and the 3 ladies in front of me only ordered 6 cupcakes. I saw 5 workers and one eating a petit four. There was another lady waited as long as me and had ordered a sandwich online and paid for it. Workers were not helpful and just standing around. Love the food but the service was not good.
The thumbprint cookies, strawberry cake, German chocolate cake, pimento cheese dip and chicken salad are our favorites. All excellent every time.
Parking: Plenty of parking right in front of the door. Easy access. This is at Pelham or on 119 near 280.

Fabulous baked goods and outstanding service. I take my grandsons for breakfast one day a week and we're made to feel welcome and appreciated each and every time we go. Cinnamon rolls are the best around, muffins are fresh and large and delicious. And of course, their cakes/cupcakes are beautiful and taste amazing.

This is an absolute Gem!! You will not be disappointed.
Two stops at Edgar’s, once for lunch and once for breakfast. Both fantastic! Order at counter with exceptionally nice staff each time. The winner was the pimento cheese biscuit for breakfast w/ eggs & bacon. Just awesome!! We also had the croissant bacon, egg & cheese that was a close second✅
