This was my very first time in this very new store.
My issue is with Sean, the district manager. Full stop. If this is the guy responsible for setting the tone and training everyone else, this place has a problem.
I asked if I could use one of the small private rooms for a short meeting. The rooms were empty. No one was using them. He shut it down immediately and told me they’re $150 for two hours. Not flexible, not friendly, and delivered in a way that felt cold and awkward. It actually felt like I was a disobedient employee, so much so that I thought he was joking. He wasn’t.
Here’s what makes this frustrating. The place is brand new. They’ve got the Health Department “OK to Permit” sign up, which means they’re still in the phase where goodwill and customer experience matter most. You’d think they’d want every bit of business and positive word-of-mouth they can get.
And to be clear, everything else was excellent. Food was great. Coffee was great. The general manager was outstanding. That’s why this isn’t a one-star review.
But leadership matters. If Sean is the example being set for how customers should be treated, then the rest of the staff is being trained in the wrong direction. If that same attitude shows up this or other locations, I’ll know where it came from and take my business elsewhere.

This Bakery has so many treats to pick from. They have a variety of food to eat as well. The customer service is good and the price is not too bad. But the desserts are amazing. I tried an orange coconut cinnamon roll and that was the best Cinnamon roll I have ever ate in I highly recommend coming and trying this place out. They had a delicious chai as well

What a great store upgrade. The new location and the store's interior definitely resonates with quality of baked goods and food products that Edgar's is known for.
We ordered online but will definitely be back to dine in. We tried the grits, spicy avacado, egg whites., and a side of grits.
The Spicy avacado is definitely a winner if you like heat. Kick it up a notch in spicy heat flavor and select the Jalapeno Cheese bread.

Love this new location. Beautiful decor and the outdoor patio is great.
I think my favorite is the pimento cheese bacon egg and cheese biscuit. Super fluffy and soft biscuit, A+.
Your desserts are delicious however your thumbprint cookies should have more of a simple sugar frosting instead of the fluff frosting that you have on it. We have these up north, and they are so much more tasty with a simple sugar icing than the fluff icing that you have.

Ask associate was the cake yellow in the inside cut into it on Thanksgiving Day to only find out it was chocolate. My family hates chocolate cake. Very disappointed.

Tried out the new Edgar’s today for lunch, and pleasantly surprised to see an all day breakfast menu. Food was great, the spacious dining area was inviting, and the service was prompt. Beautiful new addition to the Pelham dining options.
