They were closed for the classic game! People were waiting outside at this business when we pulled up:( They're hiring, so maybe they are understaffed like a lot of businesses! We won't go back... came from Tuscaloosa! I didn't rate them:(
Grossly overpriced, and the service doesn’t compensate for the inflated prices, nor did the presentation of the food.
My husband and I had been anticipating eating here for a while. I was hopeful that this could become a regular place for us. We were greeted warmly by the hostess and given our choice of where to sit. She took our drink order and we waited for our waiter. When we finally placed our order, we had to wait 15 minutes, which would have been ok, if the food has been hot. Our food was lukewarm at best. I had the pulling pork sandwich with fries and my husband had the pulling pork plate with baked beans and slaw. I requested ketchup for my fries and was brought out a condiment container with ketchup instead of a packet or a bottle. By the time I got the ketchup, my fries were cold. I'm guessing they might have been good if they were hot. It was very noisy and we had trouble hearing each other.We left very disappointed. We probably won't go back.

They would have had a 5 in all places but they need a little more help in waiters and waitressing time consuming and being alerted and attentive but after it all it was okay

Hit Different BBQ in Pelham, AL truly hit the spot! The smoked turkey was tender and flavorful, and the green beans were some of the best we've had. Perfect post-round meal for our golf group. Friendly, personal service made it even better. Highly recommend!

Absolutely deserving of five stars! I recently visited this restaurant, and I can honestly say it was one of the best dining experiences I've had in years—mainly because of their incredible peach cobbler. It was truly in a league of its own, surpassing anything I've ever tasted. The warmth, the perfectly sweetened peaches, and the crust combined to create a dessert that was nothing short of divine.
The customer service was also top-notch—friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring, which made the entire experience even more enjoyable. Everything else about the restaurant was great, but that peach cobbler? It’s in a whole different dimension. I’ll definitely be returning just for that! Highly recommended for anyone craving a heavenly dessert and excellent service. Five stars all the way!
They catered our golf outing for 20 people, and everything was delicious! The chicken and greens were a hit, and the peach cobbler had people saying it was better than their grandma’s. I don’t eat ribs, but everyone who did was raving and licking their fingers. Thank you for the amazing food—it’s clear you put love into every dish!”

We had the pleasure of hiring Hit Different barbecue for A catering event for my guys golf trip and every last one of the guys (18 total) loved it. The food was amazing, The people there are great and it is just a great environment even if you eat in the restaurant or you get a catered meal. I would highly recommend them anytime You’re in the area or if you live in the area.

I ordered take out...food was absolutely delicious....it was hot and the portion size was over the top! I got the Mac and cheese...pulled pork... potato salad and sweet potato casserole and baked beans! No complaints only thumbs up! I can't wait to try other menu items! Soooooo good!
