Just ate here for the first time today. Holy cow, the okra was delicious, and the brunch burger was perfect. Also all the staff is very friendly! We will be back.

On September 10, 2024, My Sister in Christ took me to this restaurant because we were wanting Brisket because when we Google places it came up stating they served it. However, to our surprise that didn’t and we ended up getting ribs, coleslaw and collard greens. However, both our ribs were tough and not tender. But, the BBq sauce was good. The collard greens weren’t seasoned enough and the macaroni and cheese wasn’t lip smacking at all. Because it didn’t have enough cheese, milk, and also not cooked long enough.
The High price lemonade was supposed to larger than a regular drink but when it came to the table it was the same size as a regular drink. Phyllis told us we had to order at the bar but I did see 3 tables whose orders were taken at their table so why did have to sit at the bar to order? I give it 3 stars only because management was very professional, courtesy and very friendly to us. But, the food needs improvement.

Delightful owner and staff. Pulled pork was tender and flavorful. Really good side dishes, especially the mac and cheese. Don't miss out on the peach cobbler... It was the start of the show. Hope they are successful here!

My wife and I went to HD BBQ for lunch today and I had to write a review. Was greeted right away and they were so nice! The owner even came to our table and spoke with us. Service was excellent and good was even better. I got the ribs and they are so good. Tender enough to pull off the bone but not so mushy you can pick them up and eat them. Mac and cheese was awesome too!! My wife had the pulled pork and lemon pepper cried okra and both were excellent too. We both got the collard greens also because if they got greens on a menu you gotta get em and they were just like I remember my granny making them.

This is my new fav place and we will def be back! They have so many items I wanna try!

Easily one of the greatest places I have eaten at recently. The food is beyond Incredible and the staff is some of the friendliest around, they are genuinely some of the best customer service staff I have seen in a long time. If you haven't eaten here, you are SERIOUSLY missing out!!! Easily 10/10!

I would give the service 10 stars if I could. The food is amazing, but the service and friendly staff are not to be overlooked. I was there for my third time today and I think it gets better each time!
