I come here at least 2-3 a month bc my partner and I enjoy the food. Except for tonight, after an 9 hour day of holiday work. I order my favorite street tacos. I enjoy the freshness of the cilantro, squeeze of lime, and to top it off the spicy sauce. That what makes a street taco! I had not one fresh ingredient in my togo order. So basically im eating dry meat wrapped in a tortilla. I call to express my concerns about my food. They apologize and offered me a 1.00 refund!!! Needless to say I was highly insulted, so after expressing my frustration about the dollar refund. She suggested I drive 15min there and 15min back so they can remake it, but only today. Im already comfortable in my home prepared to eat my DRY STREET TACOS. This was very poor management skills. Im very disappointed bc dining inside is always nice.

Inconsistent pricing and rude service. Food is not worth it. If you order Togo at the restaurant you are charged Togo plate price add on, 30 cents or 60 cents or a a dollar. But on the buisness website and in previous Togo orders, there are no such charges. 1 taco is 2.99 with a dollar meat charge and then a 60 cent plate fee. That's per item. Rip off.
Plus the woman at the counter taking the order just stared, kept saying 'What' after every item ordered, and didn't communicate other than the total, that was originally almost 73 dollars for 3 things, until someone came and fixed it, bringing it to 61. I felt bad that maybe she was new and nervous but once the other woman came over, she had no problem talking to her.
Online ordering has my total at 54 bucks with tax but paid 62, plus tip to being my total to 70, in store for the exact same thing. Really disappointed in this place and the lack of hospitality and consistency all around. Rice that came with tacos was also mushy and bland. Won't return.

My spouse and I came to visit one evening and there was not a huge crowd. We like Mexican cuisine and visit establishments throughout the area. The service was good. The salsa, chips, and queso were tasty. However, the food was very bland. The presentation was satisfactory and will deceive you. I ordered the street tacos thinking who can possibly fumble this dish? Well, I was disappointed-bland as there was no seasoning or salt with yellow plain rice. My husband ordered the Mexican steak. Great presentation but it lacked all things worthy of a great meal. My husband always devours his entire meal but not this time. Bland, bland, bland! He was not happy. The margaritas were weak in alcohol content. Not to mention I was charged for Pico that I didn't receive. We paid $74 for this mess. We came, we ate, and will not be back.
