Girls behind the counter playing on their phones when I came IN to get my curbside order after sitting there so 15 minutes and she informed me that they didn’t have a way to see when curbside orders checked in, apparently god didn’t bless this one with eyes even though she clearly had them.

They left out all of the sides for our meals, and this is the state of my chicken salad upon unwrapping it. Apparently it owed someone money or something. when I tried to pick up one of the halves, it fell apart.

Ordered an item no longer offered on the menu for a Choose 2...the Spud Ole. They were happy to make it..chili, cheese, red onions and jalapeños with sour cream and margarine on the side. That and a Savannah chopped salad with the suggested Sherry Shallot dressing. Super fresh and ready for take out in 5 minutes. Yum! I almost tried the new soup crab chowder, but the spud won out tonight. Next time!😋

Worst takeout experience I’ve ever had. They’ve got young smart mouth girls working the front of store that have an attitude like they hate the job. The only customer service came from a cook in the back. My food came out and it took the girl 16 minutes to bag it because she was playing or just plain slow. I’ll never come here again. The guy in the back should go work somewhere more fitting. He could definitely make more money with less bs.

This is a WONDERFUL restaurant with some of the best sandwiches and deli foods in all of Birmingham. Sloan, Laura, T, and Cody were the absolute BEST, they were fast, friendly, and clean. The whole staff was great and the food was even better! The food was AMAZING and was simply delicious! 10/10, would recommend!

Don’t expect anyone to bring your food to your car if you order curbside, even after checking “I’m here” on the email. I waited for my food for 30 minutes before calling and asking the status only to be told it has been ready. All I got was “I’m sorry about your wait.” Completely UNACCEPTABLE!

This place is so understaffed. We literally waited over 30 minutes to even order. The cashier clearly did not want to be there and the service was the worst we have ever seen. We will never be back to this location .
