I came into the restaurant at the same time a group of caucasian women were coming in. Only two were in line and i got in line. I noticed another two ladies come up to the one lady that was in front of me. After she placed her order they also gave their order. Then those ladies that were standing somewhere else started coming over and the manager, Makayla, allowed the ladies to continue in front of me until all of them were done. She even greeted another caucasian lady that came in after I did and got the other employee to help her with her call in order. I am very displeased at the behavior of Makayla today. I have never been treated this way at this location before. I hope that no one else has to endure this type of treatment.

My order was accurate and prepared quickly. When I arrived, it was ready for pickup. My salad had fresh, quality ingredients and was priced reasonably compared to other restaurants that are similar. I always enjoy any McAlister's! Oh and I appreciate the nice note placed with my order.

I just purchased a club sandwich at the McAlisters Deli in Pelham on Bowling Lane. Ordered to go. I had HIGH HOPES for this sandwich but it fell flat. The sandwich was one note since the ham over road all other flavors. I mean when you cannot taste bacon on a sandwich something is up. I dinged them also because my receipt doesn't have any monetary amounts on it. I know what the swipe said but those amounts should be reflected on the receipt. Really should be 2.5 stars but that isn't an option.

The restaurant is dirty and slow. No booths only chairs.
I got a baked potatoes for lunch and half way through I noticed a large dark object that was unidentifiablle and didn't belong. I showed the manager and she did not want to refund me because I'd eaten half. I said we'll then refund half. She didn't know how to do that. She offered no solution.
What terrible customer service. I will not eat there again

Had pretty bad service tonight, food was barely warm and staff seemed bothered to help. This location used to be great just a year ago, rapid decline to say the least.

Ordered online on Saturday and went up there when it said food was going to be ready. They hadn’t even started on it. They were backed up with probably over 10 customers. Sat there for 30 minutes and when I tried to cancel little BOY behind the counter said he would help me in a second and ignored me until I finally just decided to leave. The “woman” that was supposed to be helping him didn’t even look human or speak to anybody. Your staff is a joke and it’s hilarious that anybody would think it’s okay to keep anybody sitting there for over 30 minutes to never receive anything. Also staff lied to every online order saying kitchen was still working on it when they weren’t even doing them. If I could give this place 0 stars just for the poor management I would.
