I visited Milo Grill , and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. The cashier (a young man) was cold, unfriendly, and unprofessional. The way he spoke did not leave a good impreas brought to the table, the way it was handed to me was not pleasant. The tray was slid across the table and placed in front of me in a careless way, almost as if the food could spill. It did not look nice and felt inappropriate.
I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich, and the quality was poor. It did not taste good, the chicken had an unpleasant smell, and it was definitely not worth.
Overall, both the service and the food quality were disappointing. I will not be returning, and I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the customer service issues.

Remember when your wife was salty about not taking out the trash? Well, that pales in comparison to the salt here, especially the fries. Fabled for their sweet tea, Milo's has turned things around with good chicken fingers and burgers. Grab a fried pie. The sauces are the real secret weapon here though....not really a place for gluten free, vegans or dieters, this is the full fried (and now grilled) meats experience. Burgers are solid.

Good burger and fires. But the service is fantastic. The young gentleman who was working the front of Saturday 10-17-25 in the afternoon was very friendly and helpful for our first time visiting. Next time I am in Hoover I will stop by. The gentleman who works the front made the experience.
Milos is usually pretty good when I eat it. I travel for work and always stop by to grab something when in the area. But today my burger was very cold, bacon hard, and just didn't taste that good at all. Fries were warm and a bit fresher than the burger. One thing that never fails is the sweet tea is always amazing.
