It was very good I didn't know milos had a place to eat only knew about the tea. The season for frys was very good like a cheese powder crinkle cut fries and double hamburger urger was great and tasted fresh.

On previous visit my order was incorrect and the burger was inadequate. BUT I thought I would try again because I was longing for an original Milo burger and maybe it was just a bad day the last time I visted.
Unfortunately, the order was incorrect again, asking for not onions, and the burger was terrible. There was maybe a teaspoon of Milo's sauce, one patty with a inch square of another patty, no pickles. So disappointed to spent my money on this.
The fries were good!! Will not be going back, which is sad. My family has been customers since the original location on the northside Bham.

Miss J (Jeanelle) noticed that several in our party from Maryland had never been to Milo’s so she made a tray for my family with some fries on it and all the various sauces for them to try while she went through the menu with us (there were 12 of us). She helped all the kids figure out what they wanted, was SO NICE and helpful, checked on us, and her team seemed to respect her and listen to her instruction. It was the best Milo’s experience I’ve ever had! She was amazing!
Kid-friendliness: We have some shy kids and picky eaters and she was so patient listening to each and helping them understand their options.
Both times ive been to milos the burger i got had been seriously undercooked. I thought it would just be a one time thing so i gave it another shot but both times i ate there the burger was way undercooked. Its gross.
Twice we have taken a group of people from out of town, and the service could not be better. We mostly go to the Pelham store, and the general manager is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. Both times our guests received the VIP tour, which we love to watch. The restaurant is clean, the staff is so nice and very attentive. And of course, the food is excellent. My family loves Milo's! Thank you!

We went through the drive thru and ordered 2 combos and received kids meals instead, leaving two big men still hungry. We were working and didn't have time to go back.
