I used to love papa John's. The last couple of years I have made the switch to dominos because it's 1/2 the price. I had the urge to swap it up and order Papa John's (even though it would cost twice as much). Big mistake. We typically spend around $40-50 for domino's. For the same amount of food at papa John's it was $88. I also did not realize they now outsource their delivery. After wondering why it was taking so long, I received an email a door dasher would be delivering my food. By the time we got our food it was cold. The order was also wrong. We ordered one of the bread bowls and they forgot the bread bowl! It was literally sauce and chicken pieces poured in a to go box. I will never order from this location (or any papa John's ever again. And if you're reading this, I suggest you take my advice and stick to domino's. The pizza is better, it's (much)cheaper, and it is delivered hot.

Picked up pizza today for lunch an it was Delicious I haven't ordered Papa John's in a while but they definitely do have better ingredients with a Great taste I had forgotten how good the Garlic sauce was!

Website is so slow it is useless. Deals on website don't correspond to deals in store. I eventually had to go to store to order and wait there. The people there tried to be helpful and the deal I got on two largest was cheaper by $5 than on the website. The pizza was good ... Not great.
It has been a long time since I've been to Papa Johns and I think I will go somewhere else.

i have ordered the same exact pizza 3 times. and this location has gotten my simple order wrong... every single time. new york style triple meat square cut well done. simple. i always recieve an 8 slice regular crust pizza regular baked pizza. does the crew not know how to read? spending over 20 bucks with a tip and just..... lmao

Delivery driver said he called & rang the doorbell with no answer! Not true…too bad buddy, you were going to get a good sized cash tip! Requested a refund. Poor service even on pick ups…done PapaJohn’s. Looking for some good food to eat now!😂
The staff is very rude. I called to cancel my order because I accidentally ordered at the wrong place the lady kept putting on hold in the middle of me talking she said I will have to cancel on my end I asked if she could cancel she put me on hold again then came back with an attitude and said it’s been canceled. I said how long will it take to get my refund? She said ummm ma’am I don’t know that determines your bank. I said ok thank you and she just hung up in my face..

If it wasn’t for Steven the general manager I would have given yall 5 stars. I called my order in over the phone went in to pick up. Once I got home and started eating my wings, which I specifically asked to be well done I realized they were extremely undercooked. I could not eat them so I called and spoke to Steven the general manager. He was very much rude and didn’t even try to make the problem right. He didn’t offer a remake or anything. Steven only thanked me for letting them know and said they’ll do better next time and I asked him what am I supposed to do about my food. Steven chose to rudely tell me to just pop my wings in the oven because there was nothing they could do about it. I didn’t pay Papa John’s to finish cooking my food at home. Not to mention, Steven already had an attitude when I walked through the door. He was irritated because I didn’t have cash to pay for my order all because he would have to ring my order up again. I see just anyone is chosen for management.

I ordered a New York XL pizza and made a mistake in not ordering the pepperoni on the pizza. The staff here is more than accommodating and helpful! Prepared a new pizza promptly and it was something they really didn’t have to do. Make sure to keep this location with plenty of future business.
